I was diagnosed with a bunch of stuff wrong with my back but none of these pain management clinics out here will even be honest and tell me that they see it. So I need to find a good doctor that's going to give me back my percocet. ## I need to find a dr in northwest indiana that will prescribe my Norco and Demerol for bad breakthrough pain, 7 knee surgeries and back problems. My family dr was... However, thanks to DEA and the "new" rules they keep making, she sent me to a pain dr., but the pain dr I see now is a quack.

I took 1 1/2 roxy 30 mg saturday night. I am 105lbs / 5'3. I have a urine drug test on tuesday and I want to know how to be clean by then? ## Oxycodone is generally only detectable for about 4 days, after you take it, though the time frame can vary from person to person, depending on your overall health, fluid intake, activity levels and other factors. Increasing your fluid intake and activity levels might help process it out faster, but here is no guaranteed way to do it. Are there any other questions? ## i've heard of drinking certo, which is something they use to make jelly. suppose to block all narcotics. u should be able to find in any grocery in jelly aisle. good luck ## i took 1 1/2 30 mg oxycodone tabs saturday and i have a test on monday, what can i do to pass the test?...

I Have had HepC for years. Been on dilaudid 8mg. for a couple years. Still in pretty bad pain. Would oxycodone 30mgs. be stronger than my Dilaudids? ## Hello, Sassie! How are you? Yes, you'd only beed 21.33mgs of Oxycodone to be equal to each 8mg Dialudid, so the 30mgs is actually a stronger dosage. The FDA classifies this medication as being a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. Is there anything else I can help with? ## So, oxycodone 30 mg is stronger than Dilaudid 8 mg? The drugs are affecting my brain function. Why isn't surgery preferred to treat my Spondylolisthesis? ## Hello, Barbara! How are you doing? I am very sorry about the problems you are experiencing. What medications are you currently taking? As so surgery, when it comes to a structure such as the spine, there is only so much that can be done to surgically treat any given condition. Trying to push it too far, surgically, could cause worse damage to you than the condition itself. What types of issues are you having that are causing you to question your brain function? The FDA warns that most opiates may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, dry mouth, and constipation. They also carry the risk of being habit forming. ## Hydrocodone 325/10 four times daily. I have dege...

I am 60 years old and manage my diabetes with insulin. For the past two years, I've been taking "Aspirin Protect" 100, a product made by Bayer in Germany. Currently, I am in India and am contemplating whether or not I can switch to Ecosprin AV 75 or any other version of Ecosprin. The blend of ingredients in Aspirin Protect includes Acetylsalicylic acid and a Thrombocyte aggregation inhibitor; this information is conveniently printed on the packaging. Despite my search, I am yet to find such details on the strips of Ecosprin. Consequently, I would appreciate your advice. Alongside Aspirin, I've also been consuming Plavix for the last two years. Can anyone recommend a viable substitute for Aspirin Protect 100?

Does Purdue Pharma still manufacture MS Contin? If not, has the patent been sold to another producer? ## The name brand MS Contin is still owned and manufactured by Purdue Pharma, according to FDA listings, but there are generics, and other formulations available. They also warn that this medication carries the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as dizziness, headache, drowsiness, dry mouth, and constipation. Please boycott Aurolife Pharmaceuticals. Ask your pharmacy and pharmacists NOT to purchase their products. Their medications are extremely cheap and cheaply made, causing horrible side effects. No offense to anyone but, their acetaminophen/oxycodone made me feel like a chemo treatment and my back pain never stopped!!! ## I am very sorry about the problems you experienced and that you were left so miserable. Unfortunately, many pharmacists are not the decision makers on which manufacturer's products are available in the pharmacy they work at. The corporate bigwigs usually pick a distributor and that distributor offers the pharmacy the product from whichever manufacturer is offering the cheapest price, at the time they need to restock their supply. who is the manufacturer of oxycodone? ## Oxycodone is a generic medication, so there are actually several companies that make it. Are there any markings on the tablet in question? This information would enable me to answer your question. ## I just got the script. And wanted to know which manufacturers I could trust as I was receiving Percocet 10 mg and the quality got so bad and so inconsistent that my dr switch my prescription to plain oxycodonevwithout the acetaminophen? My PCP prescribed Percocet 5/325, two tablets twice daily for years of low back pain associated with 2 compressed disks & a fractured vertabra causing right leg & foot numbness. Recently she had me urine tested.I did an at home test & came positive for oxycodone. No surprise, since I was taking it as directed. She stopped prescribing them saying I was negative which meant I wasn't absorbing them (because of my gastric bypass) or I was filtering my drugs to others or selling! I asked how I could come up negative since I came up positive at home.I reminded her she's known me for over 20 years & I would not throw my 30 years as an RN away by do doing something that stupid. She said the lab doesn't make mistakes! Anybody got any insights? ## The labs may not make mi...

This worked for me. Cut dose by 20% each week, just keep doing it. When you cut the dose, use a sativa strain marijuana in low dose during day, and an indica marijuana at night. You may want to use the marijuana every day during your taper. The marijauana all but eliminates any craving, and you will manage easily with the 20% taper. By the time you have gotten down to a minimal dose you will be free and not have suffered withdrawal to any great degree. I found the marijuana helped with my chronic pain, and use it at night the odd day when it is bad. Being free of opiates is the best thing I ever did, having a doctor so willing to up the dose and prescribe even the fentanyl patch was my problem in the first place. Yes, the medication works and does kill pain, but the cost is too high. To...

White oblong tablet (not capsule) - one side says B L and the other side says 30. I think its a 30mg co codomol but im not too sure. Other half says it is a beechams plus. ## Yes I agree with you. I cannot find this picture of this pill and they don't work. Are these fake? Imprint of A 349. White and round. ## Hi Roy, Not to worry, they are in fact real and are made by Actavis. However many patients have filed complaints about pain meds coming from this particular manufacturer due to a lack of efficacy compared to other manufacturer's brands/generics. Concerning a photograph of the pill, I too haven't had any luck finding one on the internet, even after going through Actavis' main product page. But if you're just trying to verify their legitimacy, Actavis did have the decency to put up a product description on their webpage at: actavis.com/products/key-products/product-search?searchterm=Oxycodone NOTE: You'll see that it's the first tablet described on...

I don't understand why now, that i'm getting sent to a pain management, instead of staying with my regular primary doctor, that I have been going through, after these last two years or so? I have been taking my meds. like i'm supposed to, and I just feel like their not treating me right, all I was doing was asking why one of the office ladies if she could talk to my pharmacist, because the pharmacist is the head pharmacist, and the lady at my doctors office was very rude to me.
