Tcl 272 And Ibuprofen

Can TCL 272 pills be taken with ibuprofen? Also I don’t remember if I'm supposed to take 1 or 2 (TCL 272 round white pills). I’ve had them for a while. Someone please help.

Time Cap Laboratories lists this tablet as containing 400mgs of Guaifenesin, which is used to help relieve congestion that is caused by colds, flu, or allergies. Its typical side effects may possibly include nausea, dizziness, dry mouth, and headache.

Usually, it is taken once every 4 hours, as needed.
