Just want to know difference between both pills, beside Manufacturers. I was taking Hydocodone-Acetaminophen 10-325 yellow pill #1096 on one side a V on other side. I was then switched to a white oval pill with the same strength, but has U03 on one side. both say substituted for Norco. ## Hello, Chula! How are you? That is the only difference. When a medication is available for generic production, it is usually manufactured by several different companies, because this creates market competition to help keep prices down. The FDA classifies this medication as being a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. Is there anything else I can help with? ## Even though both are ge...

i need to know how long does lortabs stay in your system i took 3 day before and 2 today my doctor gives them for my neck and back and im trying to get this job ## The active narcotic in Lortab is Hydrocodone and like most other narcotics, it is detectable for approximately 4 days, after taking it. The time frame, however, can vary from person to person, depending on many other factors. However, if you have a prescription for it, all you have to do is inform them of this, when you go in for testing. They can't deny you the use of legally prescribed medications, except in certain very rare instances, like for airline pilots. Good luck with the job! Are there any other questions or comments? ## I have too take a drug test for probation tommorow and if I pass I get off if I have drank ...

I've been on Norco 7.5/325 since they stopped making Vicodin. I had the yellow, loved them, then my pharmacy only had the white ones from Qualitest. My last refill was with mallinckro, hate them! I itch and stay in pain 24/7. My pharmacist said they will no longer be able to get the qualitest, now I'm stuck as to where to go. I hate calling pharmacies for certain brands since they think I'm a druggie..when I clearly take no more and often less than required. ## I am very sorry about the problems you're experiencing. Unfortunately, there is no database that lists which medication any given pharmacy carries, at any given time, because such information is dynamic and can always change, depending on which manufacturer was offering the cheapest price, at the time they needed ...

My husband has a dislocated hip waiting to get in to the Ortho Dr. His primary Dr. Prescribed tramadol 50 mg 1 to 2 every 6 to. 8 hrs. & hydrocodone 10/325 1 at 4 times a day. I made him a schedule of: 2 tramadol every 6 hrs. 1 hydro every 3 hrs and every hour & 1/2 1/2 a hydro. Most the time he goes to bed by 9 to 9:30. On average he's taking 4 to 5 hydro per day and 6 tramadol per day. I also set my clock for 2 am to give him 2 tramadol so that when he gets up at 5:30 he's not in a excruciating pain. Then he takes a hydro & starts his schedule. Is this too much? We've never taken anything but an anti inflammatory. ## @SB, According to umm.edu, there are drug interactions between Tramadol and Hydrocodone. However this may not be a concern depending on how often ...

Joplin or near joplin mo pain dr that will prescribe dilaudid and norco that dosent cost $ 500 for the first visit ## I'm sorry, but really that's about the average for most specialists. Do you have insurance to cover it? Learn more Norco details here. Can anyone else suggest someone that may be a bit cheaper? The only other suggestion I can make, if you don't have insurance, is to contact your local hospitals and see if they have a social work department. The people there often have a list of resources to help people that don't have insurance, so they can get the medical care they need. They may even know of a clinic that can help that has a sliding fee scale. ## Who is the doctor in Joplin? I live in Joplin, MO and have been to countless pain management specialists tha...

What's stronger, u17 or watson 853? ## Hello, Kiss! How are you? I'm happy to help clear this up for you. The tablet with the U17 marking is manufactured by Aurolife Pharma and they list it as containing 10mgs of Oxycodone and 325mgs of Acetaminophen. The tablet with the WATSON 853 marking is manufactured by Watson Pharmaceuticals and they list it as containing 10mgs of Hydrocodone and 325mgs of Acetaminophen. Oxycodone is slightly stronger than Hydrocodone, so the one with the U17 marking is the stronger analgesic. The FDA lists this medication as being a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. Which oxycodone is the strongest, that relieves the pain. I was just prescribed the U 17? ## I BEEN TAKING OXYCODONES 10/325 4 TIMES A DAY AND THERES TIMES I HAVE TO TAKE TWO. PLUS I TAKE 15 MGS MORPHINE ONE EVERY 6 HRS IT JUST DOES'NT WORK THAT WELL AFTER TAKING THEM FOR 2 YRS ## The U17 have been prescribed to me on and off for about a year. I've had a generic Percocet prescription for several years. The U17 seem to have no active ingredient in them. I go through withdrawal-like symptoms (chills, tiredness, nausea, vomiting) for about 3-5 days when this is all that my pharmacy has to give me. I am looking for an MD or Pain clinic that will prescribe pain medication in Rhode Island. I have 4 herniated discs, nerve damage in my leg, severe migraines. My former Md said that he could not longer prescribe due to the regulations, I dont want to have to move, that would be crazy to have to go through that, but I also do not want to continue living night and day in Agony, with not one Md that has any compassion, it seems all they care about is to look out for themselves, I only take 2 pain medications that I believe are both in class 1, but when you talk to a doctor about pain, they tell you to take tylenol. I am tired of theses doctors just caring about themselves, if you have a patient like myself, that has the MRI's and Catscans to show what my pain level is, they should be a...

I found this pill that is brown round and has 1-2 on one side and is blank on the other side. What is it? ## This tablet contains 200mgs of Ibuprofen (NDC 0904-7912). As Lizzie stated, the imprint actually has the letter "I" (I-2, not 1-2). It's a generic, or store brand of Advil. This is a salmon pinkish round pill with no markings or lines on either side. My prescription was filled in mexico and they are supposed to be tramadol 100mg. Has anyone ever died taking these? ## Yes, those are 100mg time release tramadol. I take them as well and mine are from mexico. ## How could anyone be so sure of what these contain when there are no markings to identify it? This is not to say that it may very well be Tramadol based on the color and location of the sale. However there are probably hundreds if not thousands of different pills in the world that are round and pink with no markings, from counterfeit drugs, illicit substances, OTC products, dietary supplements, etc... My 92 year old mother used Darvocet for extreme back pain until it was removed from the market. She only used it when she felt pain coming on, not continually. No more than 2 per day when in pain and never had trouble while taking it. Now she is often bed bound because of her pain. Is there any other medication that might work for extreme pain like hers? Her life has changed dramatically since she can't use Darvocet. If anyone has any suggestions, I'd appreciate it! Thanks ## Darvocet was removed from the market, because it caused regularly increasing risks of overdose, while being a very mild, and largely ineffective pain reliever, so its risks far outweighed any possible benefits. I just picked up my monthly Rx for OxyContin 80mg and they were the new generic Watson OC/OP here in the USA. They look identical to Purdue pharma pills as far as color and markings..I haven't tried them yet but I sure hope they work like the old version OC. I need to know what kind of pill this is that has a butterfly logo on only one side? It's white and round, about the size of an aspirin. I found the full bottle that got stolen from me today (and I think) with intentions of being sold as xtc, which is bad & dangerous regardless, but I'm curious to know which type of dangerous drug I might be dealing with? ## Hello Z, I believe that the pill you are referring to is a Remifemin pill, which is used to relieve menopause symptoms. If so, Lorcet is actually a brand name medication for the chemical combo of Hydrocodone & Acetaminophen. Hope this helps ## The information that Speedo posted is correct, Lorcet contains Acetaminophen, and Hydrocodone, but here is nothing listed under the name G-Lorcet. How long does it take to work and can you take Advil with it? ## Before I can answer this, I need to know if the APO and 500 are on the same side of the tablet or opposites? Also what country is it from? ## Do any other letters appear on the inscription or opposite side of the pill such as MET, CIP, GAB ?? If NOT ... I have searched around and so far the closest pill which I have found to resemble your description is: " Each yellow, capsule-shaped, biconvex tablet, scored and identified 'APO 500' on one side, contains naproxen 500 mg " [1] So my best guess at this point is that it is called Apo-naproxen from Canada, containing, of course, Naproxen 500 mg as stated above. If that sounds like what you have then you should NOT take Advil with it, as Advil (Ibuprofen) is ano...
