I found a pill that is long, rectangular shape with rounded edges that is a terra cotta color and has 1-2 on one side and blank on the other. What is it?

I found pills just like yours (brown and round with what looked like a 1-2 imprint) in my desk drawer. I had taken some out of the bottle for travel and had forgotten what they were. It's Ibuprofen 200mg. I believe it's a capital I and not a 1.

This tablet contains 200mgs of Ibuprofen (NDC 0904-7912). As Lizzie stated, the imprint actually has the letter "I" (I-2, not 1-2). It's a generic, or store brand of Advil. The FDA lists the typical side effects of Ibuprofen as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, and stomach irritation.
