I have 15mg oxycodone made by Qualitest, been on them for months, and take as perscribed, but asfter some time they lost the effectivness. My Dr put me on Oxycodone 30mg made by Caraco Pharm, they are blue round tablet with 224 inprinted on the front. They are also about twice the diameter as the 15mgs which is weird cause I have a buddy who gets 30mgs but are the same diameter as the 15mg but thicker. Anyway my point being is I take the 30mg and they seem to be aboout as effective as the 15mg. Its as if I didnt go up in strenght at all. I wonder if this has something to do with the pill or is it just me. They do work, it just seems that they just dont work that well. I got "Picked Up" new script today and on the one side it said 80 and other it said ON , usually it say OP , what does On mean and are they the new "Neo" oxys or is it my area of where i'm from cause i'm on a larger size script , but my main question are they neo or are they old and can i crush them up...? ## Yes, from what I can find, those are the new OxyNEO tablets. green round tablet blank on one side has GG 44 on other side without any slits on either side,also has a coating over it.Please show pithures to help idenafie ## This tablet does not contain Oxycodone, nor any type of narcotic. 49/10 on one side a fancy v on the other, white, small and round. cant seem to find it ## Is the marking possibly 4810 V? The V doesn't stand for the name of the drug, it's the logo for the manufacturer, Vintage Pharmaceuticals. I am taking 40 mg oxyneos andpercocets but my urine tests are negative . Why? ## How often do you take them? Are you taking them exactly as prescribed? If you aren't taking them as often as you should, then it may not be an actual negative, but that your levels are too low, which is treated the same as a negative. Learn more Oxycodone details here.

From what I could gather, Oxycodone can be detected in your urine for up to 3-4 days after your last dose; up to 24hrs for a blood test; up to 1-4 days for a urine test; and as long as 90 days for a hair test. Keep in mind though that these are just estimated figures and should be treated as such. Have you already started tapering your dose down? That is a large dose to be taking, so it likely isn't advisable to stop abruptly, due to the possibility of experiencing severe withdrawal and rebound symptoms. I've been trying to fill a script for 180 oxycodone 30mg since Jan 5 with no luck. I spent the better part of the day today looking again. I was told by a pharmacist that the oxy 30s are being re-formulated and are on back-order. I found them at Baylife pharmacy on Gulf to Bay for a ridiculous price, $7 per pill. The SweetBay on 580 in Dunedin had them but would not fill my script as I am not an existing customer. I went back to my Dr. and had him write my script for 15s instead, the caveat was he cut it in half, but hey, half my script is better than none of it. Anyway, the Walgreens on Roosevelt and 58th filled 102 oxy 15s for $60.92 (with a perscription discount card I got off the internet) at 3:00 this afternoon. This is totally f***ed. I took several 30 mg roxies on Friday and i have a test on Monday at 4.30. I have been sweating like heck for 2 of those days and i probably drink a gallon and a half of water today and i drank so much water I threw some up well actually alot and after I did that I have continued till drink water and my pee is crystal clear. The roxies were 30 mg and i probably did 5 or 6 because I thought I'd be ok today. I'm worried I'm not gonna pass. Am I worrying over nothing or am I gonna fell this test? ## If you've been drinking that much water, then you may cause yourself another problem, which would be having your urine be too diluted. I was told to take one table twice a day. when is the brst time of day to take these? ## Timing is going to be different for everyone based on their specific dosing schedule and number of pills taken; but it seems as though the best approach for 24hr around-the-clock pain relief would be to take one in the morning and one in the evening. However, the usual adult dosage for this medication is one tablet every 6 hours as needed for pain. I hope this helps!

I received a red and white capsule and was told it was 30mg oxycodone is this true? I have seen all kinds of oxycodone but not this ## Hi Sandradee, There actually are red and white capsules containing Oxycodone; but not in a 30mg dosage. These capsules also contain Acetaminophen. The dosage I've seen for these specific pills are: Acetaminophen (500mg) + Oxycodone (5mg). Additionally, for verification, the national drug codes for these red and white capsules are: 00054-2795 and 00591-0737. Did you get this pill off the street by chance? That may explain a few things. I am in saint petersburg florida ## You're definitely not alone, as it seems like everyone in Florida is having complications trying to fill their oxycodone scripts, no matter the dosage. The best thing I can recommend trying at this point in time, is checking with sites such as PharmacyChecker, as they only list certified (reputable) online pharmacies. Although I am pretty sure that those pharmacies would require a prescription because PharmacyChecker puts them through a rigorous certification process.
