Oxcontin 80mg On

I got "Picked Up" new script today and on the one side it said 80 and other it said ON , usually it say OP , what does On mean and are they the new "Neo" oxys or is it my area of where i'm from cause i'm on a larger size script , but my main question are they neo or are they old and can i crush them up...?
