Oxycodone/ Apap 5 -325 Mg

I was told to take one table twice a day. when is the brst time of day to take these?

Timing is going to be different for everyone based on their specific dosing schedule and number of pills taken; but it seems as though the best approach for 24hr around-the-clock pain relief would be to take one in the morning and one in the evening.

However, the usual adult dosage for this medication is one tablet every 6 hours as needed for pain.
