I've abused oxy for a couple years now and want to get clean and get a decent job how long would it take before i could pass a drug screen/test? My intake for the past month has been 160mg a day of extended release.

Hi Klax,
It's really good to hear you're wanting to come clean. From what I could gather, Oxycodone can be detected in your urine for up to 3-4 days after your last dose; up to 24hrs for a blood test; up to 1-4 days for a urine test; and as long as 90 days for a hair test.
Keep in mind though that these are just estimated figures and should be treated as such.
Have you already started tapering your dose down? The time it may take to pass a drug test is going to be dependent upon the length of time it takes for you to taper down such a high dose. I wouldn't recommend 'cold-turkeying' 160mg of Oxycodone to my worst enemies, so just be cautious of your dosing schedule in so far as slowly getting off the medication.
