Hello slit has been two days since taking my OXY IR's. I started my suboxone like two mgs and it is wonderful. I don't get any withdrawals and I sleep great. However I still have the craving for the IR. I am filling the script when I get the money but I did not want to go into withdrawals since I ran out. I plan to take them again next week or so but until then I just want to get past thinking about them. My question is my suboxone level to low or is thinking about getting them mentally a part of my brain used to having them? What is the conversion for sublingual tabs to a butrans patch? I was on 20mg tabs and have now been given 20mcg patches. I'm on hour 24 and just not feeling great. I can't find much info on this switch. To the people that are prescribed the Subutex and were asking the chat board questions about: If you are not a pregnant or breastfeeding woman as of July 1st 2015 then you will be prescribed Suboxone or something else but never just plain Buprenorphine. As far as the orange Halfmoon generic Subutex, you take them the same way that you would take any other kind of subutex / suboxone; they are sublingual. ## What state are you referring to in the above comment? I have been taking 8mg suboxone, twice a day for one year, and my dr s office haste added level testing. I have been not skipping any doses, and my dr put me on probation, so I kept a journal and took medication as prescribed, and once again, the lab said I was taking 4mg not 16mg. Im brokenhearted, I am not being dishonest, but they cut me off. I have been on the suboxone program for three years, today when I called I was told they spun my results and it came back very low like it's been "watered down" but my adderall came back fine. Now here's the odd thing, some days I miss my dose of adderall but have never missed a dose of my suboxone? So how that sounds accurate blows my mind? Another thing they have never weighed me, so how are they comparing these levels? I drink up to 6 redbulls a day have a fast metabolism that still don't explain my adderall not being low though? Hi, I was put on the 8 mg. strips at 3 per day in Oct. 2012..I used 3 per day for a couple of month's.. I quickly tapered down to 1&1/2 of the strip's per day..I got so tired of being on it so I began to stock pile it to withdraw on it at home.. I got down to 1-2 mg.s per day for about the past month and began yesterday (Monday) withdrawing..It's now Tuesday (July 9,2013) and still feel like I did yesterday.. i just need to know how long untill i take a drug test it wont show up in my urine ## From what I a reading, most opiates can be detected in urine for 3 days, although this can vary due to your metabolism and how much you have been taking and for how long. Suboxone is an opiate and will show up as one. However, if you have a prescription, then all you have to do is alert them to this fact, when you go in to have the test done. Drinking water will have no effect in the metabolic breakdown for this substance.7 months of drug free recovery is awesome.Relapse is a normal part of the recovery process. My friend gets drugged tested each week. If it comes out positive to any controlled substance he goes to jail. 10 days ago, his test came back false/ positive for his urine drug test at his jail. They sent it off to be screened and it showed 130 milligrams of suboxin in it. He swears he hasn't taken anything like that!! All he has taken in the last couple of weeks is 4 ibruprofins! I know Suboxone does not show up in a standard urine test. But the job I am applying for may do an extended test. I have a prescription from my Doc. I am on 16 mg a day and it is working great. My Mom was diagnosed with Stage 4 Cancer - spindle cell sarcoma. They have given her 6 months to live. Right now the cancer has spread to her upper rib, right hip, lungs and brain. She also has a clogged artery. She wanted to spend her last months at home so we set up hospice there to care for her during these next months. They started her on morphine to control the pain on .25ml and raised it to .5ml. She started forgetting things and becoming anxious. Is this a generic 8mg suboxone buphnorphine pill? ## No - tablets marked with a 44 followed by 3 additional numbers are all over the counter products. This one is currently being manufactured by Teva Pharmaceuticals and they list it as containing 50mgs of Dinenhydrinate. The FDA lists this medication as being used to treat or prevent nausea, vomiting and vertigo. Its typical side effects include drowsiness, dizziness and dry mouth. Hello, yes I've had problems filling just like everyone else. Then I found a WALGREENS that treated me AWESOME for 3yrs then my pain doc closed then reopened 3 months later I went back with my script and they would not fill. In those 3 months I took subutex from a doctor and filled at a PUBLIX so everything was all legit. Then I heard from a friend that he was mailing them 1,000 miles away to a mail order pharmacy and having great results. So I tried and for the past 4 months no problems I'm so grateful and lucky that all has worked out. And to answer your question there is no law that says you cant do this. How long before suboxone wears off? I have been on a maintenance dose for 2 months. 16mg a day. My last does was thursday of 12mg and today is monday still can't feel the opiates I have been taking since then????? how long before this stuff wears off?? ## After that many days, it is definitely out of your system. The problem is more than likely due to the fact that you've gone from taking a very strong opiate to much milder ones now, so they aren't having any effect. I had the same issue. I called CVS today and was told if i bring the paper script in, they will order the Roxanne 54 411 vs. the Mylans. There is a difference and I don't care what anyone says. Usually those who don't take the RX have the most advise. I don't know what is going on with ROXANNE BUP., but I bet its about money. Is taking 4methadone 10mgs the same as a 40mg wafer? It doesn't seem to last as long or as strong. ## If they are regular release, then they should work the same. However, medications can be funny, so that might not be true of Methadone. Have you checked with your doctor?
