To whom it may concern, I was in a serious motorcycle accident at the end of 2013. I went to my doctor to b checked out and I was in such excruciating PAIN. My life was changed and filed with pain and I've got a Great DR. who has helped get my life back to as close to manageable. I have great insurance but before that I had to pay cash and they we're charging 800$ every month. I would appreciate any help you can give me. I've got all my documentations. I've been on Methadone 10mg every since I had my MRI. Has anyone at all ever had a positive experience at a methadone clinic? ## The methadone clinic can be what you make of it. I went on it when I just could not afford to go through months of not being able to function to get clean again. It saved my life, I transitioned onto it without being sick at all (primarily because I still used at the very beginning tbh), but it gave me stability, helped me get away from the habits and the being sick and the fear, and helped me get back into recovery. I admit after years of prejudice against methadone as a means of recovery I was ashamed and embarrassed to be on it, but I was out of options. It turned out to be much different that I had imagined. I have been on the clinic for a little over 5 years before I recently walked off 80mg. That probably wasn't one of the brightest ideas I've had in a while, but I didn't do it without a plan! I really thought this plan out for a while and was ready to do it no matter what, I was going to succeed at any cost, I had to, people needed to know it can be done, you don't have to be a "lifer" I was always the type of person once I put my mind to something, anything so I thought, I would accomplish whtever it may be! Need help finding a liberal pain management 31st or x clinic in St. louis Mo asap as mine gave us two weeks notice and bailed. I have Illinois Public aid but haven't had any luck with them and the methadone clinics are outrageously expensive plus I have transportation issues. Got 8 serious chronic pain issues documented by every dam test there is... Please I am desperate...at the end of my rope.... I can't function at all much less get outta bed to go to work. I have taken 6 10mg methadones by snorting them from 3/11 to 3/17 half at a time one in the morning and the other half in the afternoon sometimes I felt I didn't get the whole half cause I would blow my nose and it would come out I need to know if I could pass a ua on 3/21 for a job ## It can range anywhere from 5-12 days depending on things like how much you use. How often. The amount things like that. Physical exercise helps lots of water how fast your body metabolism is and your tolerance can be factors also.

I have been a suboxone/subutex patient for over 8 years. I just stopped 8 months ago and since then I have been in and out of mental wards. I feel like ppl are trying to kill me. I'm paranoid constantly.. I feel like there is some big conspiracy about me. I also abused my scripted of adderall for 5 yrs. off for 8 months as well. Idk what to do. I can't tell what's real or fake in life, seems like everything is a set up. My brother died less than 2 yrs ago. I had 2 babies born on suboxone. I took 1 lortab 5 for 6 days straight due to a broken tooth and exposed nerve bc I was on vacation and could not get in to a dentist as my insurance is Wisconsin. No one would see me. I'm tapering at a methadone clinic and have not relapsed in 6 years. However took a a UA today. It's been exactly 3 and a half days since my last lortab. Am I ok? I take codeine for a back injury. Recently i tested positive for buprenorphine. I have never taken this in my life. How is it possible? Are there medications that can give a false reading in this situation, like antihistamines such as 120mg clarinase or other pain killers like tramadol hydrochloride or even the codeine phos i have been taking for over 10 years. Hello everyone, I was addicted to percocet for about a yr, i have degenerative osteo arthritis, extremely painful, have had a total knee replacement and am due for another, along with 19 operation bandaid fixes (all knee related) I also work full time, take care of a massive home (cleaning daily) and my 3 kids and husband.. Ugh the percocet really allowed me to live again, no pain, full nights sleep. But I knew I was dependant and I had to give it up.. I have a urine test today and need to know if methadone and morphine will show up the same ## No the morphine will show up as morphine and if they test for it the methadone will show up as methadone. After being treated by the same Doctor since 2009 and being prescribed Suboxone since then (60 8mg per Mo.) Dosage-2 per day. At last months appointment my urine showed up not the correct temperature or some BS.. But to make a long story short, I was dismissed on the spot and told he would no longer see me. I am now, and have been going through a living nightmare for the past 2 weeks. My cousin is also prescribed sub's but could only spare 2 and I've been taking little small slivers of a strip and I'm down to 2 little tiny slivers!!! I take 6.3/1 bunavail twice a day, I've been taking it for just over two weeks ,my pharmacy didn't have it in stock when I went to pick up my script today but I have 3 zubsolve left over from when I first got clean, can I take them in substitute for the day to stop my withdrawals? Or would it make things worse? ## Too late to help you now, but taken in an equivalent dosage which can be found on the manufacturers website you will have no issues. I do believe that bunavail 6.3mg/1mg applied via the buccal method is equipotent to one 12mg/3mg Suboxone film taken sublingually or zubsolv 8.6mg/2.1mg. I am not a doctor or pharmacist, I believe my writtintgs to be accurate but please do your own research.

My doc took me off 5mg methodone 5 times a day and replaced it with 75 mcg Belbuca twice a day. Then left town with no backup doc. I'm not getting good coverage and its of course the weekend. Anyone know what the Buprenorphine equivalent of 25 mg of methodone is? ## I'm sorry that you're in pain. There aren't really any conversions for going from Methadone to a different opiate. Methadone is also notorious for causing withdrawal and rebound symptoms, if someone stops it abruptly, so that could be what's happening to you. Have things improved? I am on suboxone and i took a subutex. I live in Austin and want to get on Zubsolv. I was on Methadone for 1 year and switched to Suboxone for 8 months. I got off as I could not tolerate the taste. I overdosed on opiates 2xs in January. I am trying to move my 92 year old father WW II decorated veteran from Louisville, Ky. to Fort Myers I am 62, we both have injuries to our bodies over the years and refuse to allow butchers to cut on us. We work and we move and we help other people till they cut of our ability to find pharmacies to fill our prescriptions in Fort Myers, the DEA only allows small amounts to pharmicies in Florida.
