dan5658 ## need to know proper doseage and possible side affects ## This tablet is the generic version of Flexeril, called Cyclobenzaprine and is 10mgs. 10mgs is a normal dosage, for the regular release tablet. This type of tablet also comes in a 5mg dosage. There are extended release capsules available in 15 and 30mgs. As to the dosage appropriate for you, only your doctor can decide that.

white, round ## actually asking a question, I am interested in information about this. I am concerned this may be habit forming and would like to know the pro's and cons to this medicine. ## This is Methocarbamol 500mgs, a generic for the muscle relaxant Robaxin. So no, it is not habit forming like a narcotic would be, however, if you take it for a long period of time, your body will get used to it, just like it would with anything you ingest on a regular basis and stopping suddenly would cause some mild withdrawal symptoms.

Whatever -- ## Well, first you need to know that this is NOT a pain medication, so it will not work like a narcotic or other pain reliever does. This is a muscle relaxant, so it only helps with pain that is directly caused from muscles, such as strains, sprains, spasms, swelling and etc. If your pain is caused by other factors, which I assume it is, since you fell of a ladder, then this will not help much. It only works on pain that is directly muscular related. As to the FDA restrictions, well yes, it is possible that he may have some. They may have previously investigated and found him to be prescribing...

WHITE ROUND SAYS A 234 AND HAS A CROSS ON THE BACK ## The marking on the opposite side is NOT a cross, those are score lines to make it easier to divide the dose if necessary. This is Tizanidine 4mgs, and the correct brand name would be Zanaflex. This is a muscle relaxant.

I would like to know if I can take methocarbamol with coumadin, synthroid and/or pain medications ## can i take neurontin with this med ## Be careful taking other meds with Cumodin that is a very dangerous medicine, I had a family member that was taking it and we had to monitor him constantly ## Yes, taking medication safely with Coumadin is something that you really need to discuss with your doctor. It can react badly with many other drugs. ## Its the same med as SOMA a muscle relaxant.

I ordered some soma and I received foil sealed 10 packs of Cariflan. It also states Carisopodol 350 MG on the foil. I have never heard of it.It is a white pill with no markings. Can anybody help. Thanks, alk545 ## Well since you ordered from a pharmacy not regulated by the FDA, then there is no way of knowing for sure what you received, especially with no markings on the pills. However, Carisoprodol is the generic for Soma.

I found a pill and I am under the impression that it is a Soma, but I am not sure. It is a round pill that is a very light lavender on one side and white on the other. The lavender side has an E (which I believe means it is manufactured by Eon Pharmaceuticals?) and the number 724. ## This contains Aspirin 325mgs and Carisoprodol 200mgs, so a generic for Soma Compound. ## round white pill w/ v 2410

How good does Baclofen work? Does it have any side effects? ## Does anyone take this drug for trigminal neurolgia. I take gabapentin, 400mg (2 x3times a day). I am really suffering, so dr suggested taking baclofen (pacifen) as well. Anyone have any comments? ## Well Baclofen is a muscle relaxant, so it does help if part of your pain is caused by muscle aches, sprains, or spasms. the only way to really know it to try it for a few weeks and see if helps you. As to the Gabapentin, some people get great results from it and some don't, it really only works for certain types of nerve pain, so it does not help everyone and it is not a pain reliever. I suggest speaking to your doctor about it as if you have been on it for awhile with no luck, then it is time to switch and try something else...
