need to know proper doseage and possible side affects

This tablet is the generic version of Flexeril, called Cyclobenzaprine and is 10mgs.

10mgs is a normal dosage, for the regular release tablet. This type of tablet also comes in a 5mg dosage.

There are extended release capsules available in 15 and 30mgs.

As to the dosage appropriate for you, only your doctor can decide that.
