I found this pill on my brother's floor and am concerned as he has bi-polar and could be self medicating himself. The pill is round and white on both sides, on side says W-R and the other side may have said something but it appears to be scratched away at or worn off. Any help is great...thanks! ## It's very hard to say if we aren't certain of the imprint. There is a white round tablet with WR on one side, nothing on the other that is 500mgs of Methocarbamol, a generic for Robaxin, which is a muscle relaxant, so that is possibly it. It's the only one I'm finding that fits this description and it has no markings on the opposite side, just the WR. round white pill with a v and the number 4211 ## What is the difference between the pill V and the number 4211 and a soma ## They are both muscle relaxants, however Soma contains the active ingredient Carisoprodol: And the pill 4211V contains 500mgs of Methocarbamol, a generic for Robaxin: They both do the same thing, just using a different active ingredient. White small round pill with the letters cof and numbers underneath it 138. Could this be a type of ephederine? It is in an old bottle with the Tizandine label. ## I was unable to locate a picture of the pill. I did however matched Tizanidine 4 mg to COR138. White, circular, 3/8 diameter. RDY on one side, 231 on other side ## I think my friend was given the wrong medicene. She should have been given generic Flexril but got round white pills imprinted with RDY on one side and 231 on the other. Can anyone tell us what this is. She has been terrible sick since she started taking this. ## This is most definitely NOT Flexeril, this tablet contains Pravastatin Sodium, a generic for Pravachol, this used to help lower cholesterol. She needs to report this to the pharmacy and her doctor.
