Cof 138

White small round pill with the letters cof and numbers underneath it 138. Could this be a type of ephederine? It is in an old bottle with the Tizandine label.

I was unable to locate a picture of the pill. I did however matched Tizanidine 4 mg to COR138. It too is white, round, and has similar markings that match your description.
