My Doctor gave this to me. Its a free sample of a pain cream for the tendons in my wrists (I think she said I could also use it on my back for my scoliosis). I always look up side effects of any medication I use, but when I went to look it up I noticed it didn't have a name. It says "this medicine was specially compounded per your prescriber" on the side. I just want to know what this is so I can know the side effects before using it. Dose anyone know what this is? ## Hello, Anna! How are you? I know what some of these ingredients are, CYC is Cyclobenzaprine a muscle relaxant, LID is Lidocaine a topical anesthetic and BAC is Baclofen another muscle relaxant, but I'm not sure on the DIC and BUP. However, what I can tell you is that side effects are minimal for these topic...

can i give my cocker spaniel cyclobenzaprine for muscle spasms? she is having very bad muscle spasms in her abdomen area and her back. ## Hi Kim, From what I could gather, Cyclobenzaprine is not regularly used in veterinary medicine. I'm not sure why that is, but for this reason I'd encourage you to take her to your nearest vet and have her checked out in person, so she can receive the right kind of care or treatment that will nurse her back to health. Other comments I've read, took care to mentioned that Methocarbamol was generally the muscle relaxant of choice for use in dogs and cats. Perhaps you can ask your vet about that option as well. I hope this helps! ## From what I have read, many online sites by LAYMEN States that one should not give cyclobenzaprine (Flexeril) to...

Its round light orange with AP 212. Can you tell me what it is? ## It is Methocarbamol. A 500mg muscle relaxer ## There is no tablet with this marking in the U.S. prescription drug databases, which means it is most likely not Methocarbamol or any other prescription drug from the U.S. It may be a foreign medication, or an over the counter product of some type. I'll keep looking and post back, when I have information for you. Does anyone else recognize this tablet? ## Actually it says in the description that it is sometimes colored and marked that way. I've been in pain management for 20 yrs as a military wife. In Texas my PCM had to take me off soma that I was on with T3 soma over ten years and I switched from perc to t3 about 5 yrs ago. I had no problem going off tried several other muscle relaxers but they were too strong and drug me out. I know soma is suppose to be strong bug I took 3-4 a day for over 10yrs so I guess I built up a tolerance. I didn't feel any high but it helped the pain, guess that's why it was easy to quit except nothing else works for he pain. I am now on percs occasionally but take 3 norco 10/325 a day. I'd rather be back on the t3 and soma it works better and doesn't make me tired are there any Drs that will perscribe without the bs. I've also been thinking of trying the medical mariju...

What is the strongest soma made ## There is a 350mg tablet, which is the strongest available on the U.S. market. Learn more Soma details here. Due to the risk of muscle relaxants causing depression of the central nervous system, the FDA tends to be very picky about the strength of any that are available. Are there any other questions I can help with? ## P450, kipper here, is soma a schedule 2 narcotic? Or can my PA give it to me? ## Soma is a Schedule IV Medicine. It is not a "Narcotic" or a C2 substance in PA. A MD, PA, DO,or NP can prescribe this medicine. A DVM or DMD, the DMV or Doctor Joey can't!
