What are the tablets known as duoflex which is sold in Mexico? ## I was given Duoflex tablets for my pain on my leg I just want to know what this pills contain ## I just googled looking for the same info. I had been taking Soma 350 for years because I have six crushed vertebra and recently my doctor changed to Parafon Forte 500. So far it's not as effective as the Soma was so I'm asking anyone if Flexeril would be better choice than the Parafon Forte. Are these pills similar/same: cyclobenzapr 5 mg, (blue) and cyclobenzaprine 5mg (orange) but smaller: generic for Flexeril? ## If the active ingredient in both is 5mgs of Cyclobenzaprine, then they should both be the same. I'm trying to identify a pill imprinted with U 153. There's also a cross score (X) on the back like you could cut into four pieces. There is tablet with that marking that is scored in a cross shape, it is manufactured by Unichem Pharmaceuticals, and they list it as containing 4mgs of Tizanidine, which is muscle relaxant that is used to the pain associated with sprains, strains, and spasms. I have severe shoulder blade pain. My pharmacist gave me robaxin to relax the musckes, i am taking 1mg adco alzam at night for insomnia. I'm going to start taking this baclofen for first time tomorrow. I don't know strength or dose must yet . I have to pick up from pharmacy tomorrow. Well I'm afraid of meds due to so many allergic reactions to several meds. Is this a med I can get relief from immediately or do I have to take it over time for relief. The part it states can cause withdrawals if you just stop it. Would that mean take it daily rest of my life. I have scoliosis osteoporosis ostepenia fractures injury to neck and shoulder. I take Nardil or Phenelzine sulfate for depression. I am very nervous because the Dr prescribed Methocarbamol and I don't know if it works with Nardil? ## I didn't find any problems, or interactions listed, but it is always best to double check. The FDA lists the typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, and flatulence. Is there anything else I can help with?

Trying to find out the name of a small white round pill with the letters APO on top and TI-4 on the bottom. The other side has two lines; one going down and the other going across. ## A white round pill with APO over TI-4 on one side and cross-scored on the back is reportedly identified as Tizanidine 4mg, used as a muscle relaxant. Basically have been trying to manage shoulder or possibly neck tensing issue for about 4-5 months now. I also try to remain active. Go to the gym regularly. One day woke up with my right side stiff, and very little feeling in it. Called doc. Who suggested this stuff. Tried it twice. And still feel...off. Foggy, light headed, random drops (then spikes) in blood pressure pulse etc. Not at my self which is normally pretty lighthearted and goofy. I called the doctor for a follow up. Doc didn't believe me saying those problems are rare. I have not taken another pill so as to avoid making matters worse. Any one else run into this? Any advice or opinions for what to do next? For future reference, the usual adult dosage information for muscle spasms is listed below: Oral: Initial dose: 5 mg orally 3 times a day for 3 days 2nd highest recommended dosage-10 mg orally 3 times a day for 3 days 3rd highest recommended dosage-15 mg orally 3 times a day for 3 days, 4th highest recommended dosage- 20 mg orally 3 times a day. Recommended maintenance dose: 40-80 mg/day. 80 mg/day doses should be administered in 4 divided doses. Pain management for over 13 years. Saw an RN, not a pain doctor for some reason, I don't know why. Reduced my oxycodone 10/325 six/day to oxycodone 7.5/325 three/day, and ms contin ER 30mg three/day to two/day, then took me off 350mg SOMA three/day. Said that soma was not going to be in the market anymore!!?? Put me on Robaxin 750mg four/day and they make me very sick. Can't keep anything down. Called the clinic and RN is on vacation!! I ordered from Leopharmarx. 350 mg of Soma. One is always more than enough to help my pain and more than relax me. I took one 350 mg from them and no effect. Took another one and no effect. I took 8 more (three thousand five hundred milligrams) and no effect. I have also drank a half pint of rum. These pills are garbage and a waste of time. I going to have them tested and find out what they really are and will report back. ## You shouldn't be taking 3500 mg of anything.
