White Round Pill Apo Ti-4

Trying to find out the name of a small white round pill with the letters APO on top and TI-4 on the bottom. The other side has two lines; one going down and the other going across.

A white round pill with APO over TI-4 on one side and cross-scored on the back is reportedly identified as Tizanidine 4mg, used as a muscle relaxant.

For verification, the manufacturer is listed as Apotex and the pill itself carries a National Drug Code of 60505-0252.
