How long should a quantity of 60 fioricet prescribed 1 every 6 hours as needed last? 1 every 6 hours as needed for headache ## Hello, Lyns! How are you? At a minimum, that would be 4 a day, so 15 days, however, since it is prescribed to be taken as needed, your doctor may expect it to last longer, because they may not think you will need to take 4 of them a day. Daughter took 500 mg to start first week and dr increased to 1000 mg week2 she couldn't tolerate it so went back to original dose but is still having trouble I cut the pill so she could swallow it would this make a difference she's like a zombie sleepy and can't wwalk correct she takes 500 mg er ## Hello, Judy! How are you and your daughter? It is not safe to cut the ER tablets, the ER designates them as being time released and cutting them might be causing her to get too much of the medication, at once. I have been on depakote er 500 mg per day for 4 years. Meds weren't working so well anymore, so pdoc added another 250 mg at bedtime. I'm on day 3, and feel jittery and spacey. I experienced my first major depressive episode after my sophomore year of college at age 20 (in 2002). What do I say when I meet with my neurologist. I have Tyler w/cod. Does nothing for pain in the head but have been on pain med toooooo long. I was 110 lbs. And HAD unloaded 90 bundles of shingle, weighing over 90 lbs, by hand. Back is a complete mess and I will be 52.

I was prescribed nifuroxazide (200 mg per day), or one capsule per day, for a period of 6 months to help prevent urinary tract infections. After 4 days, I have experienced a severe migraine. I am allergic to sulfa drugs or any derivative or relative of them (such as Mopral). Is nifuroxazide a sulfa relative or derivative?

I took one maxalt for a migraine and saw my pain dr. I also take percocet and my urine came back positive for lortab. I never took one. Is this possible? They sent it to the lab. ## So are you saying that your urine test came back positive specifically for Lortab, or did it just show positive for opiates in general? What did the doctor say about the result. I assume they are aware of your Maxalt prescription?

I have chronic migraines and cannot find a Doctor who will prescribe it I have been on it for 25 years due to spinal cord injury as well as over 4 concussions I have been on almost every other medication from neurologist and none work somehow firocet works I live near Saratoga County but am willing to travel

I went out to a party and like a dumb*** I took some methamphetamine and the next day the doctor put me on Depakote ER 500 mg and Xanax 1mg. Am I safe to take my meds? If you can help I would appreciate it. Thank you. THAT WAS MY FIRST AND LAST TIME. NO more. I'll stick to redbull.

I didn't notice anyone asking about it, but I would agree that there are other treatment options for a headache that don't necessarily require a pill or use acetaminophen/caffeine to combat tension. Whatever it may be that is causing one's headache to manifest, practicing mindfulness meditation throughout the day is an excellent remedy (at least in my own experience) that can be applied on the spot to create a sense of relief. I'm a 27 year old girl. I have a migraine problem from the past 5 years. Doctor has recommended me to use naxdom 250 mg as sos dose, along with eliwel and ciplar for daily use. I have read about the side effects of all these medications.. Please advise if I should use these medications or not?

Sinus pressure and muscle spasms can be a normal side effect of this medication, as reported by the FDA. You may also experience nausea, dizziness and administration site irritation. have a prolactin level of 123. I was told that normal level ranges from 2-24. I was told by the doctor that I have a Pituitary Adenoma. i am female, 40 years old.
