It's Excedrin migraine. Available over the counter. An innocent headache med. Still, I do not recommend taking it.

Hi Amy, thanks for the heads up on the pill identification. I didn't notice anyone asking about it, but I would agree that there are other treatment options for a headache that don't necessarily require a pill or use acetaminophen/caffeine to combat tension.

Whatever it may be that is causing one's headache to manifest, practicing mindfulness meditation throughout the day is an excellent remedy (at least in my own experience) that can be applied on the spot to create a sense of relief. When I personally maintain my peace of mind, headaches cease to exist. However when the mind is stressed out and out of balance one's body is more prone to catch and hold onto such symptoms. Always remaining aware of how you feel mentally (and deciding to change how you feel if necessary) can help give you an edge on controlling and preventing the headache from getting worse.

I didn't mean to go off-topic at all, but I know headaches are ever so common in this day and age. I just hope anyone who may be struggling with them will find it helpful.
