What drugs are in Donna Pb? Is it still available? ## SE-Donna PB Hyos Oral contains several medications: Belladonna alkaloids (made up of the drugs hyoscyamine, atropine, and scopolamine) + Phenobarbital. Belladonna alkaloids help to reduce the symptoms of stomach and intestinal cramping. They work by slowing the natural movements of the gut and by relaxing the muscles in the stomach and intestines. As far as availability goes, from what I can tell your best bet would be to ask your local pharmacy, since there is a lack of information online regarding this. If this brand is not available I would suggest looking for the two main ingredients listed above to aid in your search. I hope this helps!

I am trying to get a prescription program. I am on medicare. None of the prescrption programs cover the drug listed above. It is either not covered or is a huge amount. Hoping my gastro doctor can help. Any ,suggestions? ## There usually aren't programs for generics, because they are generally cheaper since they are generic medications. After taking Hyoscyamine for several days (for diarrhea), I am now experiencing moderate pain in both breasts, as well as vaginal tenderness. Are these possible side effects? I take Levsin under the tongue for BPH. The NIH website says people over 65 (aka myself) should usually not take Levsin because it is not as safe and effective as other available medications. a person using Dicyclomine Hydrochloride and Dextropropoxyphene Hydrochloride regularly , if he stops taking the above said salts for 3 days, will blood test and urine test show the presence of the salts. ## The Dicyclomine isn't something that is tested for on standard drugs tests, since it doesn't fall into the relevant classes that are commonly abused. The Dextropropoxyphene, however, is a narcotic and most of the drug in this class can be detected for approximately 4 days, after taking them. what is the side effect of buscopan in early pregnancy? ## Buscopan contains a form of Butylscopolamine, it is used as an intestinal antispasmodic and, since it is not commonly used in the U.S., I am sorry, but I don't have any information available on whether or not it is safe to use during pregnancy. what problem if any one take 5-6 spasmo proxy one capsul for 7-8 year for stoomach pain. pls urgent reply because my brother serious this case 4-5 days. ## From what I can discover, Spasmo Proxyvon contains the active ingredient Dicyclomine, a type of muscle relaxant. Side effects may include: nausea, drowsiness, dizziness and headache. There really isn't a lot of information available on it regarding side effects or long-term use. I was given this in a pharmacy in Bangkok when I had a case of Bangkok Belly I cant remember if it was for pain and cramps, or to assist in stopping diorreha. each tablet contains 10 mg Hyoscine-N -Butylbromide (hard to read). what is this small round white pill for? ## It is another name for Butylscopolamine and it is used as an abdominal antispasmodic. i have recurring stones in my bile duct. have a prescription for buscopan...8 at once if having a bad attach, does that sound correct? ## Buscopan contains the active ingredient Hyoscine, it is used as an abdominal antispasmodic. And no, that doesn't sound right, on their website about the medication, the manufacturer lists the dosing as 2 tablets, taken 4 times a day, rather than all at once. Have you tried asking your doctor about it?

I have pretty blurred vision and have been on this for 5 days....ironically, I have an optometrist appt on Tuesday ( 4 days) for my first fitting of contacts....how long should I stay off of this medicine and suffer with my stomach to make sure my eyes are relatively accurate? Any Ideas?
