SE-Donna PB Hyos Oral contains several medications: Belladonna alkaloids (made up of the drugs hyoscyamine, atropine, and scopolamine) + Phenobarbital.
Belladonna alkaloids help to reduce the symptoms of stomach and intestinal cramping. They work by slowing the natural movements of the gut and by relaxing the muscles in the stomach and intestines.

As far as availability goes, from what I can tell your best bet would be to ask your local pharmacy, since there is a lack of information online regarding this. If this brand is not available I would suggest looking for the two main ingredients listed above to aid in your search.
