656 is stamped on pills, what are they. I lost info. ## Hi Doris, Is there any chance that there's another marking on the pill besides the 656? Reason I'm asking is that I located a match to a very similar white round pill imprinted with "B 656"; which has been identified as Hyoscyamine sulfate (sublingual) 0.125 mg. This medication is primarily used in the treatment of irritable bowel syndrome. Does this sound like it may be a match, considering what you may have previously used it for?

Thanks ## From what I could gather, Debridat (trimebutine) isn't available in the U.S.; just the following countries: Mexico Peru Poland Romania Venezuela Vietnam Argentina Ecuador Italy Poland Portugal Singapore Switzerland Turkey Trimebutine belongs to the class of medications called spasmolytics. It is used to treat irritable bowel syndrome (spastic colon). Have you considered searching for a similar alternative? There are other medications out there which can be used for the same purposes.

I have experienced atrial fibrillation after about one month of taking hyocyamine er for stomach issues. Is this normal? I am having side effects from radiation and the ER doctor prescribed bentyl but now I have diarrhea. Is this normal? It's not listed as a common side effect. ## Same thing happened to me. ## Even though diarrhea is not listed as a side effect of Bentyl (Dicyclomine), it becomes obvious to me that this medication is the cause of it. Had you not taken Bentyl at all, it most-likely would've never occurred in the first place, unless you ate something that triggered these constant bowel movements. Can this pill be taken along with Nexsum ? ## Did you mean Nexium, which contains the active ingredient Esomeprazole? If so, I am not finding any problems listed between taking the two together, but you should double check with your doctor, or pharmacist to be certain. Some medications can interfere with the absorption of others. Are there any other questions or comments?

I cannot locate any information on "Cyclomine", other than the possibility that it could be either of the above medications. Generally, U.S. products are considered to be "safer" than medications purchased outside the country, primarily because the FDA regulates prescription drugs so strictly. Purchasing a product in India from the U.S. may not always be the best idea, if you have a hunch that you don't know exactly what you are getting.
