I was given this in a pharmacy in Bangkok when I had a case of Bangkok Belly I cant remember if it was for pain and cramps, or to assist in stopping diorreha. each tablet contains 10 mg Hyoscine-N -Butylbromide (hard to read).

what is this small round white pill for?

It is another name for Butylscopolamine and it is used as an abdominal antispasmodic.

Many people also used it to prevent the symptoms associated with conditions like IBS.
