hi...I m trying to conceive. My doctor advised me to take two B Long F tablets a day from now to till delivery. Is it safe....thnks ## B-Long F is just a nutritional supplement that contains Pyridoxine, which is a form of Vitamin B6 and Folic Acid. Folic Acid is a nutrient that is vital to a healthy pregnancy, if you don't have enough of it, it can cause birth defects. Are there any other questions?

What is the use/purpose of cheri-fol capsule? ## I can't find a list of specific ingredients and amounts, but this is a nutritional supplement that contains vitamins, minerals and folic acid. It is used to prevent or treat the conditions that can be cause by a deficiency in them. Has your doctor instructed you to take it?

Yellow round pill with 210 on one side and I G on the other side. ## I will keep looking for this, however, I cannot find anything that meets this description and has this marking, or something similar, in our prescription drug resources. folic acid folart side effect ## Did you mean to say Folate? Folate naturally occurs in food whilst Folic Acid is the synthetic form of this vitamin. I don't believe there are side effects when you eat foods naturally containing Folate. Since the above tablet is expensive, I was looking for a substitute. Does anyone know of any that are available? ## What country are you in? Light yellow round pill 210 on one side and I split in half then G on the other side ## There have been several posts recently asking questions on this one and, though I have kept searching, I haven't found it listed anywhere. This is leading me to believe that it may be a foreign medication, something not sold in the U.S. Where was it found? ## It is InvaGen's Folic Acid 1mg. They are a contract provider for West-Ward.
