Light yellow round pill 210 on one side and I split in half then G on the other side

There have been several posts recently asking questions on this one and, though I have kept searching, I haven't found it listed anywhere.

This is leading me to believe that it may be a foreign medication, something not sold in the U.S.

Where was it found?
