Fill Oxycodone Prescription (Page 20) (Top voted first)

Cannot fill them anywhere in Bradenton or Sarasota. Please help I have a real doctor and the pharmacy I have been going to the past year in my city says they will no longer fill out of county. Does anyone know of a pharmacy in Bradenton or Sarasota that can help a patient fill qty 180 oxycodone 30mg? Please help. On the verge of getting deathly ill w/out meds! Thank you.

What walmart did you go to that had them?? Please post street names and city name so I can at least know where else to check? I went to 36 pharmacies today...no luck.

I was just told by a chain store pharmacist that they always carry Oxys but they are saved for hospice patients! I know three 'hospice' patients that have HIV from needle use from drugs! They are active criminals with lengthy records including selling their meds for cocaine, heroin, robbery, home invasion...the list goes on! They are Not the stereotype hospice patient who deserves the Med! Meanwhile those LIke uswho have cancer, diseases, autoimmunes, fracture. In backs, etc..can't get theeim! We are being lied to! I used to respect the profession of pharmacists! One lied & told me he was a doctor! So he can diagnose, write scripts, do surgery, etc?? Another pharmacist told me methadone was a short acting Med! Any layman knows it is longacting! I have nothing more to say.....

I am a 38 yr old female and live in Oh. I can't even find a family Dr. I mention that I have Ehlers-Danlos and need to be treated for this and other issues and they won't accept me as a new patient. I can't get a referal to a specialist. I should also mention that I live in Scioto
County (oxy capital). I have a 12yr old daughter that I would love to just be able to play with. She has the same disorder. There are days that I would like to just give up or go to the streets. I realize I'm not 80 or have cancer. But don't I deserve some relief?!? I can't walk to any distance. There are days I have to have my daughter help me out of bed I am unable to do so myself. If I fall and go to the ER (fall alot) Dr drug test me and look at me asif I'm looking for a high. I have MRI's and other proof of conditions. I'm not the only one that this happens to. My mother (retired teacher) had to go to 3 ERs before the 3rd one finally did MRI finding fractured colapsing vertibra. She cried for days laying in pain before someone would do something. She has never begged for help before. I am scared that if I do get into a Dr. what will happen then? Still no relief? Not all of us want to get high. I just want a life. Will my daughter have to go through this? Is relief for chronic pain a thing of the past? My joint do not hold togther they dislocate easily. My daughter is experiancing the same thing.

@jenzie in posts below and on are advice on how to handle the monthly pharmacy crawl..1 is dress appropriately, talk with respect no matter what.. go everyday to the same RX and ask if the truck has come in etc.. that way they see you are not drug crazed and probably not selling.. if they get use to seeing you, that can be good
also i was told #180 oxy is a good amount to get filled..my hubby ask his Dr to reduce his from #240 to #180 and it did work.. this month.

USA Drug Discount Card is taken at all Walgreens and it will save you loads of money..Google it and print it out and tape it stiff.

Donna I am a Legimate Pain patient for 7 years now. I have insurance and still it is hard for me to find my meds. I was using express scripts before until my job just changed insurance carriers and now I have Med co. Which now they tell me they cannot fill my oxycodone anymore. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks again.

I have been taking morphine ex 60 mg 2xdaily and oxycontin 30mg x 5 daily I have had 3 hip replacements herniated discs in my neck and back, lupus and chronic rhe. arth. I cannot find anywhere in Tampa to get my medication filled, there should be a law i have been seeing my same doctor for over 7 years. what can the state of florida do to help those in need?

Im sorry about the confusion...trial for my doctor. I live in vero bch florida-site of the recent pill mill raid and dea says i cant get my records (which is ok i have surgical records) until the doctor "trial" or case is complete. im disabled with gunshot to face/spine-neck and had my c4,c5,c6,c7 fused and a titanium jaw put in.
needless to say as im waiting for my dsability so i can get medicaid..still 6-10 months away, i have to pay cash as i cant afford insurance now.(i actually applied for some blue cross recently and they denied me due to my neck/jaw and too much of a liability. so whats a man to do living in pain every minute of the day. i havent had mneds in 2 weeks now, lay in bed all day without my meds so i can live a life. im trying to see a doctor but noone will see any of the patients from the clinic that was shut down. the only reason i went there was due to them taking cash and no insurance since i cant get any. in vero beach fl, there are no other doctors without insurance. its sad that i may have to buy from the street just so i can get out of bed. my attorney set me up with a new doctor last week but there in port st lucie(1 town over) but in different county so i cant get the rx filled here in vero bch where im living. this is so depressing that just because some people sell these pills...not all of us do. i take mine and was never early, never ran out and was able to have some quality of life. now im still searching for a vero bch doctor that will take me on as a legitamite patient who is all titanium from the neck up. i wish laws would allow legit people to go 1 town over to get meds from a doctor if the town you live in doesnt have the doctors to help you. so sad and this is AMERICA.

Teri, I don't know you but I know two of the needle induced HIV guys you mentioned. They live in west Tampa & are selling their oxys. & other meds & making a killing! How the police don't know I can't figure out. They don't have full blown Aids, many never get that, and they live and are as active as a normal persons without problems. But they are considered hospice so they get full disability, full insurance. With every And anything paid for! Incredible! You're right, Magic Johnson has lived with HIV 30+ yes! These Tampa guys are also criminals with lengthy. Records, including robbery, grand theft, drug dealing, obstruction to police, neglect. Of children/elderly. ...I can go on! But you, me and thousands. Others can't get our needed. Meds for legitimate. Problems! Where is the justice?? Its almost an insult to the docs who write our scripts! My doc has been in business 38 yrs in Tampa with great record! I don't have unsurance yet so I have to pay cash. The problems. Florida has had regarding this has gone down 87%, so why are we still being punished? Pam Bonier, Atty Gen. Is No help! If you're pregnant, girls, stay away from all drugs period! The governor needs to reexamine & make this problem right for those of us who are suffering needlessly! We have had the biggest abusers(pill mills & mom pop pharms) arrested & stopped, so let us be trustworthy & able to live as our docs. Want to help us to!! After all, they took an oath...Do No Harm....

Goodtimes40, I hope you have found another good doc! That's always the easier part, know matter how great the doctor is, finding the meds is the ridiculous part! By the way, SOES ANYONE OF MY INTERNET FRIENDS KNOW OF A PHARMACY WHO WILL FILL 60 OXYS? I realize the price will be high, as I have no insurance yet, but I need them badly...been looking for 2& half wks now! Thx. For any help. I live in Tampa/Brandon area but will travel if pharmacy. Will allow. If us honest folks stick together & report abuses, I think we can only make things better for ourselves. We cannot continue to allow the major chains to run and rule our lives! Maybe we can get Walmart, Public & the hundreds of smaller pharmacies to help us & develop a relationship with us. We are the only ones who are going to fight for us and our deserved Rights!

I don't have insurance at this time but does Anyone know if there is a mail order pharmacy or company that will help me? My scripts are legal, I have lived at same address for 12 years, same doctor for year & I have all my films and records. I need help, I have stomach CA with ulcerative colitis, fractured t12, l1-4 discs & other things. Anyone who has correct info, bless you. Thank you sincerely!

primetherapeutics.com does my friends mail order 90 day supply oxycodone 30's and 15's. i think you need some form of insurance but you can go online and call.

Goodtimes40, thanks a bunch for the info, I don't have insurance & don't know if my doc will give me 90 dayssupply, but I will try. Today is my 15th day trying to fill my meds in Tampa area to no avail. They day they are out, haven't had them in weeks, etc etc, you know the deal! You are ABSOLUTELY CORRECT THOUGH, PAM BONDI AND RICK S OTT ESPECIALLY. ARE THE REASONS WE CANNOT GET OUR MEDS, They are making sure of it! PLEASE, people, vote them off the ballots...things have got to change for us! Even the pharmacists agree with this! Before these idiots, 2 years ago, we had no problems getting anything! I remember haggling with pharmacies over prices then, and they wanted to sell oxys to us so bad we could almost name our price! Now look what these govt morons have done....that's OK...its election time...we need to stick together! Good luck everyone, let me know if you can help me out this one time with a pharmacy, thanks so much!

@ goodtimes40 : I posted a while ago about people paying attention to the upcoming elections and got BASHED. I agree with you, I DON'T care who you vote for but people need to think about the stand the pols take. Not sure if people are aware that the gov. is now thinking about making a 90 day course of pain killers the MAX except for patients with cancer. This was brought up, by the DEA, with ref. to Florida. That is going to suck for the rest of us who don't have cancer but DO have other causes for ongoing chronic pain.

Thankfully in my state (which is not Arizona) we are not having ANY problems with filling scripts like you guys are in Florida. Something is going on when we can get our scripts here without the problems you guys are facing. There is no shortage at the pharms. Just last week I went in to refill my Fenytnal patches, was supposed to get 20, they only had 5, no problem, they gave me the 5, held my script and I went in 2 days later and picked up the rest. The pharms here will fill part of your script and the rest later if they don't have the whole amount on hand. I have friends on Oxy's and they can walk into any pharm here and get their script filled. No nonsense about what zip code you live in.

Now, why would that be legal here but not in your state? Something strange is happening and people NEED to start thinking about what action they are going to take. Sadly, the only way we will ever be heard is through your vote.

I have M.S. plus back pain from a car accident/surgery. I have been on Fenytnal, percs. for break thru pain, Neurotin, Copaxone for over 10 years now and if Big Brother suddenly decides that we can only have pain meds for 90 days and then are cut off, life will suck. I guess they think that chronic pain will magically go away after 90 days.

Again, I don't care who you vote for but people PLEASE start paying attention and asking what their stand is on pain management. Just when did all the problems with filling your scripts start? These are things you all need to start thinking about.

Not exactly so. I went to four Walgreens and one Walmart today, and could not get a refill of 15mg., 120 count Oxycodone and I am starting to get really really nervous. That's all I need is to start having anxiety and panic attacks again over the fear of not being able to get the med. for my chronic pain. We need some place we can count on getting this prescription.

you will have to prolly find a mom and pops pharmacy or independent rx like perkins or a rx off the major chains. at least thats my experience in this everchanging cruelty to chronic pain patients.
VOTE RICK SCOTT, PAM BONDI, OUT!!! TELL YOUR FRIENDS AND this is only way to really change things for us legit people in pain. In turn, dea will go back to other areas of focus like cocaine runs offshore, etc. all they do now is ruining peoples lives that are legit. yes they arrest pill mills, etc...good but why make it hard to impossible for the rest of us. I for the first time in my life almost considering moving to another country where people are treated with respect and dignity-especially those in chronic pain.
ide like to ask the governor and ms bondi if she was shot in her face or her family members how would she then feel about not being able to get meds filled in order to get out of bed and have some quality of life.

I am so happy to hear someone care...for the second month in a row I went 9 days without my medicine. I went to over 50 pharmacies. I finally had to have my need switched from oxycodone 30 mg to dilaudid 8 mg...even still I could hardly get it filled. I finally found a guy who filled it bit he made me pay cash he wouldn't take my insurance and he taxed me bad. St this point I didn't care I had to have my medicine. I have real pain and serious injuries. It is so wrong that I had to go so long and can't get my medicine. I don't understand why they think the answer to this problem is taking medicine away from ppl in pain. I guess the dilaudid is better than nothing but I was on the oxys for years so it will take some getting used to. I am hearing that the dilaudids are just as hard to find. I don't tthink I can go through that again. Is there some way to have your voice heard about this matter?

sorry, you must live in a shell. chain pharmacies only have so much to go around and you must be on their preferred list, smaller independant pharmacies (which is unlawful) refuse to take medicaid/medicare. do a cash only business, charging so much per prescription, that only hardcore drug dealers can afford the prices, and Humana (thru the mail) just informed my son that they no longer fill those class of medications for florida residents. that is the state government at work.nice .

Hey everyone I cant believe that so many of us are on here telling same stories! Its b.s. That so many people are suffering but some how the drug dealers always have the pills we need! I cant even find a damn mom and pop shop to fill at! Its crap I know people that know what im going thru so as soon as they hear of a cvs who someone just got filled at they call and I haul but to get there and they say they dont carry them! WTF is that?? Anyway I wish we could all do th same and say what county and state we are in and do say for each other I Live in Naples Fl. But my dr. is in Ft.Myers where I used to live! The law I was told by CVS pharmacist was you can fill up to 600 miles from where you live! But she would not fill cause she told me that her store manager says they have theyre regulars and thats all they can spare them for??? Thats crap! Anyway if ANYONE KNOWS A MOM AND POP OR ANY PLACE IN FT.MYERS FL. I WOULD MUCH APPRECIATE! I even have Medicaid which is called Integral Quality Care cause I have been in 7 car accidents 2 with in last 2 months where 1 guy was drunk on highway and ran me into to guard rail, and the first I was taking son to school and guy in F-350 did an illegal u turn I swerved missedthe truck only then to see he was pulling a 20ft. tailer we smacked into! And both Doctors that the E.r. referred me to denied to take me as a patient cause they dont deal with automobile insurance! And others told me no cause I am seeing a pain management Doctor already! But they just manage pain they are not there to deal with knewinjuries cause the e.r. did a cat scan and I have a fractured vertabre in my neck! I hate FLORIDA!
