Epclusa Ruined My Life (Page 10) (Top voted first)

Has anyone experienced severe anxiety, constant crawling feeling in body after epclusa treatment. Its like my brain and body aren't working right anymore? I had terrible side effects. Finished in January, now it's June and feels like I'm still taking the poison.

Funny. I've never thought of myself as interesting. Just full of life stories.
The racial tension in usa so scarey right now.
Mostly it the people against police brutality.
So all colors are banding together to march against police.
There are fringe groups that are against black people but they are out numbered.
I surely thought that by now in life that we would look at each other as just vulnerable humans.
Before Epclusa I would have been very socially active about the state of things but Epcluse took all strength and joy from my body.
Im sorry you are sufferung so.
My good thoughts are with you my friend.

Hi. i've been sending you a message for 20 mins, then I lost my message. maybe it will automatically go to you. hope so or its lost in space, lol. I was just saying how I was reading a forum from a guy from Texas who was praising the govt bla bla, sounded to me like he was stirring up trouble. I was near going to say something on the forum but not worth it. I would probably get swamped with pro Trump supporters lol. i've got to go to the drs next week. If I've got a problem he rings the liver clinic. They tell him Epclusa is great and it wouldn't cause any problems. I've been telling him, of course they would say that, they started me on Epclusa. I was reading where there's a link between neuropathy that's nerve muscle problems and having hep C. Kind of makes sense to me (numb sore feet). Anyway, I had to go see a neurologist last year. I asked my dr months ago if he had heard from him. He told me he hadn't. As I'd been getting neck pain and I was getting pressure on my nerves. Anyway, drs surgery rang me and told me they found the report from my neurologist tucked away somewhere! Anyway, I'm hoping the report says pressure on nerves in neck is causing neuropathy (feet leg problems), plus I will show him an article depicting the link between the virus and neuropathy. I hope you could understand all that. Get back to you after.

Hi, hope you are doing ok with summer heat. It's the opposite here. Getting freezing cold days are usually nice, but once the sun goes down it gets real cold here. Unfortunately looks like dam coronavirus is starting up again over here. I can't evan get into a dr's surgery ATM. All appointments done over the phone. Kind of makes it hard to try find out about breathing issues and other symptoms. I guess that's the way it goes. Cold weather affects my breathing heaps. Strange thing is breathing was not too bad till I did treatment (like most things). Anyway, hope you can stay cool and stay out of crowded places. I was just thinking it would be great if we didn't have to fly places. It would be great if we could just get in a car and drive, no planes. Take a few weeks to get over your part of world, plus would create work building the road. Oh well, will never happen I guess, just a thought.

Maybe when covid19 gets a grip I can fly to see you.
I want to have a luve Epclusa forum but cant do it until covid under control.
Just had first covid test yesterday and results today were negative. Im so relieved but..I dont go anywhere that does not involve groceries or doctors.
U have to have some sort of flourascope test on thursday. Have to drink barium while they take timed xrays as barium goes through digestive track. All of these things happened after Epclusa.
Do you know any other people in your area that have had Epclusa?
Its hotter than haties here.
Then we have 24/7 news about our corrupt lying president..adding to health issues here im sure.
If he gets reelected I might just be your neighbor. I can only stomach so mych poison.

Hi hope not to hot for you ,I watched USA news this morning looked hot ,how did you go with barium that's not much fun either ! either is coromavirus test I had one couple weeks ago,middle of winter here now cold nights days arnt that bad,I'm just watching bit of late night tv ,hard to get more then few hours sleep ,I don't know about where you are but tv viewing bit boring so many reality shows ,just watched Kojak that must be 50 yrs old now columbos on ,think will put radio on , no I don't really know anyone else whoes done Epclusa couple of younger people ,but don't know how they went ,hope you are going ok,I use to think winter would be better for me then summer but I'm not sure now the heat is very exhausting but winter is bad for aches an pain ,I just don't know anymore this breathing thing IV got on top of everything else is really starting to exhaust me,plus find it hard to talk to my dr , try stay cool take care ok. I'm getting sleepy mite try sleeping mite be lucky.

Sounds like you and I are like twins. We shared the first births of Epclusa.
Our lives are so similar with Epclusa being reason.
The barium fluroscopy was awful.
Never want to have that again.
Well today is 4th of July. Independence day in America.
Trump has tried to start a racial war. Spewing hate speach today.
120 days until we vote him out.
I see Australia is in lock down again.
Be safe.
I dont leave home unlesd dr visit or groceries.
Since Epclusa my physical ability to stand for long periods of time have made it hard to enjoy outings.
I wish I could reach others to warn them.
Hopefully people will see this forum and educate well before starting.
Thinking of you with kind thoughts and hope you are getting some rest.

Hi Kathleen, hope the 4th of July was a good day for you. Yes we get a lot of news from USA. I really can't understand why Trump hasn't been impeached yet. Australia and USA are close allies so we kinda have to hope he does the right thing. It's gotten to the stage where I don't like watching the news much these days, but I still do. Last night's news showed him partying with that guy who was involved with underage girls and Prince Edward I think, oh dear, seems whenever there is somebody good they end up assassinated. Not fair, like a lot of things these days!! My gas ran out this morning so I had to go get a refill. Seems like gas bottles are getting heavier but they're not, just seems like that some days. I'm just getting weaker lol. It said on the weather today we are going to get a rain period in a week. I hope it knows when to stop and we don't get a flood. It's not unusual this time of year. Yea we doubt trump will be re elected. His core base are hateful and evil. Though he had a base, they are deserting him. Yes the Epstien thing eas..is big news. Pictures of trump and the prince are a reminder of what money can do. I think trump will contest the election if he loses.

Anyway, Epclusa is probably why you are so weak. What did you mean you had to get gas? For your auto or something else? Sure wish you had some help there.

Yes we have same kind of people here ( Trump supporters )reason I had to get gas is my water is heated by gas not electrify ,that just means I have to take gas bottle to service station get refill about every 3 months there not to bad when empty but can be bit heavy when full ,but not too bad, it's crazy how it's hot where you are same time real cold here !! Can't believe how fast this year is going ,sure been a strange one with virus outbreaks ect, not that I know much about your politics where you are but I don't like what Trump stands for or his superior attitude , I don't know how some people look up to him ,oh well don't like politics much ,when ever someone good gets in over here ,they usually don't last long unfortunately ,it's 8am Tuesday morning here ,and bit cold today ,thanks for reply always fun reading your posted kinda like having a pen pal with similar things,on other side of world,lol,take care try stay cool ,gotta have a coffee my brains not working yet ,cheers

Hi Kathleen ,must only be 110 days to go before voting ,I think people all over world are praying for change ,before he starts something he can't stop ! And the whole world will suffer,I'm not worried for myself I'm old done heaps ,I worry for grandkids ,.I can relate with your leg problems ,my legs have been getting so painful lately , usually in afternoon legs start aching ,I just can't believe all these new problems since doing treatment ,I was reading about neuropathy apparently common after having virus for yrs ,no one seems to want to believe drs ,liver clinic ect,plus only treatment I could see for it was cortasteroids and more tests more money ,nothing I can take seems to ease symptoms , maybe it's worse in winter ,try stay off your feet especially in hot weather ,heat is so exhausting ,IV been watching Steve Corbett late show his pretty funny I think ,usually I wake up about 2 am that's when his on tv ,anyway take care look after yourself ok ,stay cool,lol

Yes voting soon. News says he is going to pardon himself. Just waiting to see him grilled on the barbie. From the experiences you are having I wonder why you are not getting better doctor care. You know they know about Epclusa and probably keep selling it because they get rebate.
In USA my insurance paid $1100. a day for Epclusa. Almost $100,000 for the 3 months. I feel as though I have put my family through soooo much because of this. I can't do the things that I am used to doing. I'm afraid to leave the house with covid19 because I'm compromised. Such a hard place for you and I to be in. I really am ready to go..Don't want to but have lived and done most things. Seems like it would be a relief from Epclusa side effects. Everyday is a struggle. You know! Two days ago it was 106 degrees here. It's been miserably hot so far this summer. Oh did your doctors ever say you could get a prescription for legal cannabis? Just curious. Take care. Hi 106 that's really hot,I find it really zaps your energy especially if hot at night as well,I'm not looking forward to summer, I use to enjoy warm weather,.That is really expensive for Epclusa,I think our gov has some kind of deal going with Gilliard,that's why never see anything negative about Epclusa, maybe our gov has shares in it,nothing would surprise me, there was a lot of advertising about saying for everyone to do treatment , unfortunately once finished with treatment very little support from anyone ,I find IV got to tell my dr about the disease more then he tells me mmm.im sure your family would be happy they could help you when you needed help , I won't start taking about family,IV had my daughter on telephone today 3 child on way I think she forgot about morning sickness plus she is 37yrs old ,grandkids are great ,anyway try keep cool been watching weather map where you are .

Hi. My son lives with me. I probably would have died if he was not here. He is a truck driver and delivers to rite aid pharmacies only. He is 48. Never married. No kids no baggage. Not gay. He does not mind shopping for me. He witnessed the change in me on Epclusa. Within 4 weeks he saw a drastic change in me. Said Epclusa is poison. I agree. Yea bad timing for your daughter to have baby. Totally crazy world to bring children in to. But I wish I had grandkids. Its so hot here. Its a dry heat. Luckily my bedroom gets east sun so my room is not so bad at night. Stay well. Wear your mask when going out. In California everyone has to wear them in public/places. I am a believer. Chat soon.

My son is 42 lives in Brisbane ,Brocken marriage 10 yr old daughter he gets to see fairly often ,his a delivery driver also. I'm just sitting in my car in biggest nearby town, wondering if I shud go try see my dr my asthma hasn't been very good lately woke up having coughing episode this morning ,I drove past surgery and there's a line of people waiting to go in, probley do breathing more harm then good standing in a line up of people ,gotta hope that I didn't get cough while waiting !,no don't think I will go in IV got an appointment next week anyway ,I never had anything like asthma before treatment ,if I mention that they always say must be from having the virus before Epclusa treatment. Can't win.!!!

Yes glad you did not go get in line. I think people can/do get sick at fr office. I dread going. I guess Epclusa has made me almost a hermit.
Seriously. All I do now is watch cnn and other news. Seems like all they talk about is covid19/schools reopening or not and Trump. But drawn to it because its only way to stay connected/informed. Chat soon. Stay home...

Your day sounds lot like mine,I would be lost without tv,your right we have one station international news it's all about coronavirus or Trump ,I'm sure there must be lots more cases people in 3rd world countries who can't afford to go to drs to get checked, there's people over here who continue to go out scared they will loose there job ,or miss out on something if don't go out drinking ,nothing we can do about it ,I hate the way world has changed.later...

Hi hope you are going ok with the hot weather an staying safe ,you may be able to advise me on my latest problem ,I noticed small blister on my shin yesterday felt like a slight burn feeling , anyway looking at it today ,now looks like a skin infection about 2 inches square so has just about tripped size,have you heard of anything like this ,now I'm going to have to try make appointment to see dr tomorrow probley means more antibiotics ,what confuses me is asthma cortasteroid are known to cause infections and we both know what strange things Epclusa can do,I'm getting really sick of every week seems to be a new problem ,I'm just wondering if you have heard of Epclusa causing skin irritations ,sorry to bother you I really don't know anyone over here who may know anything,it's really hard to even see a dr ATM means risking health going to drs , stay cool if possible ,cheers

Yes..I keep getting rash on my nose. Starts with pin size bump. Then it immediately bursts and clear fluid comes out. They turn in to scabs that last almost a month then moves to other places on my nose.
Its so frustrating.
Luckily no one can see it because of mandatory face masks in public.

Since you have it too the its pretty clear where this came from.
My skin never has done this until Epclusa.
I hope others read our posts and start asking questions to their doctors.
I watch the dodo animal shows. Are you familiar?
Had cat scan yesterday.
Do you have to have them often too?

Its wonderful to have this Epclusa forum to be able to spread our knowledge to the innocent people who might think twice and ask their doctors a million questions.
These spots on my nose spread to make others. Just a small patch. Seems to break out then move to other spots.

Thanks so much for reply, I'm in bit of a panick today just trying take deep breath s ,I took double bandaid off my shin this morning about a tea spoon of clear liquid dripped straight out, just like your s !!I bathed with alcohol swob put another bandaid on.my legs look to me to have fluid build up a bit ,maybe it's a natural way to drain fluid off I dunnow what to do can't get into drs booked out ,keep U posted ok gotta try ring another dr,thank you!!!
