So I've been lurking around here for a while when I saw someone say fruta planta contained 18 mg of sibutramine. Now I looked up what the highest dosage a doctor could give a patient and apparently, it only goes up to 15 mg. That kinda freaked me out since I've already bought the pills and I'm still desperate to shed some pounds. Then I remembered how as a kid, my mom would tear open capsules that I have a tough time swallowing and just mix it with yogurt. Can't I just do the same and pour half the contents of the pill into yogurt or something? Will it cause any side affects? Can anyone help me identify it? ## Hi Peko, Based on my research, people have purchased small, white round tablets with the bold LN marking as various medications in Mexico. The pill could be anything- from Phentermine to Adderall or Xanax. There are so many possibilities it's hard to know for sure. If you're not eating much, your metabolism can also put your body into "starvation mode" and begin to store and hold onto fats or what little bit you are eating, as an act of survival. If you really want to rev up your metabolism a bit more, I'd suggest eating smaller meals every 2-3 hours as a way of encouraging your body to keep burning food as fuel and not storing it.
