Based on your description, I was able to locate a light orange (almost dark yellow) triangular pill with "GP" on it.
NOTE: there is also a vertical score line on the backside of this tablet
The good news is that it's identified as real Oxandrolone. However the dosage is listed as 10mg, when you mentioned that yours was 30mg.
Here's some additional details that may help you find more information:

Size (mm): 7 X 7
Someone in another thread even mentioned that yellow triangles are believed to be Winstrol, but If you can't clearly determine the color I wouldn't recommend taking any chances.
