Hi Peko,
Based on my research, people have purchased small, white round tablets with the bold LN marking as various medications in Mexico. The pill could be anything- from Phentermine to Adderall or Xanax. There are so many possibilities it's hard to know for sure. If you cannot have it analyzed then I would recommend that you safely dispose of it. I wish I could be of more help!
