Please note that i am hypertensive patient, i have bilateral polycystic kidney disease and i am taking one tablet olmesartan 10 mg at daytime and one tablet lercanidipine 20mg at night time,my creatinine clearance is 90ml/min and i am 37 years old. . .my hypertension is not controlled,always above 14/9 during the day and at night i am experiencing side effects mainly Dry Mouth and sometimes Tachycardia!Pls advice what to do and should i stop these medications and shift to other family of medicines? i am also having impotence and poor libido as well !!! please help me . . .thank you

I have had panic attacks for over 12 years now, however my heart has always had flutters. These flutters seem to be getting worse and making me almost pass out. My Dr put a 24 hour heart monitor and seen that my heart rate was fluttering and up and down. They say it showed no sign of heart disease but cannot explain why my blood pressure goes from 115/75 to 87/61 within secs of each other. When this happens I get very light headed and sick to my stomach. They have put me on metoprol but this has not resolved the issue. Could this all be from my stress and anxiety? Taking tracleer for ph for years. I'm 26 yrs old & weigh 133 lbs. I was taking 125mg 2x's a day. Blood work had been fine, Dec blood work showed high liver enzymes. All other test fine. I had alot of diarrhea & alittle vomiting. Dr took me off tracleer, still not 100%. ## Hello, Ray! How are you doing? I am on Amloiopine 5 mg. and Amaxide 75/50 for extremely high blood pressure. I am 79 yrs. of age, and most of my relatives have not lived past 50 yrs. of age. My only sister is 75 and she and I have the same blood pressure as our dad had years ago. He only lived to be 44 yrs. I've been on meds since my 40's, and every now and then the doctor has to up the dose of meds. About a year ago my blood pressure was 200/80, and the doctor tried sever other things, and then ended up by doubling my prescription to get it down to what it is now - normal. Hi, I had Brain Zaps which stopped immediately after taking Propranolol 40 mg. When I stopped Propranolol they returned. Accidently I donated blood for a patient and started feeling better. I removed 7 pints of blood therapeutically (disposed) in intervals. I feel much better now. Hot glass of milk and coconut water everyday helps me rebuild my body. My brain zaps have stopped 99% after suffering for 2 years. If the Brain tremors (zaps) don't stop permanently can Dialysis help or should I remove more blood? ## Hello, Champtz! How are you? I'm on amlodipine and linsinopril. I have m.s I get constant urine infections. The only thing that works it grapefruit seed oil. I am shocked to read you shouldn't take it with amlodipine. I'm on 5 mg. I've been take grapefruit seed oil for about a month. I check my blood pressure it still seems to be ok. ## Hello, Faith! How are you? Hi, I have been on Lexamil 10mg for 2 years and then about a hear ago my dr increased the dosage to 20mg, which I took for 6 months. However I have stop taking the meds approx 6 months ago. I am a very bad pill drinker and then to forr. I feel that I struggle more with anxiaty than depression and rather preferred Azor/Xanor SR. Would you recommend me going back oono Lexamil? My dad passed away 7 months ago and have a stressful job. Is it better to be on an anti-depress like Lexamil or Azor/Xanor? Can one drink both? This is often done when someone has treatment resistant hypertension or it was just found to be very high and needs to be brought down quickly.

Stopped taking duromine 2 days ago because it gave me high blood pressure. I expected my blood pressure to go back to normal straight away but it's still high. I have an almost debilitating pain on the left side of my lower back and the only thing I can think that would cause this is a new prescription for 25 mg of losartan. I started Cozaar 2 months ago and am having excessive thirst, muscle aches, burning and tingling in my body. Has any one else experienced this. Please help!! ## It could be that this just isn't the right medication for you to take and you may need to try something else. After suffering CHF, it took quite awhile, before we found ones that I could take that didn't make me miserable with side effects. It's really just a matter of trial and error. I take 100 mg of Losartan but BP is still 140/100. I did increase to 150mg myself. Is this ok. It has seemed to decrease my BP to 130/ 75. ## Hello, Tommie! How are you? The maximum daily dosage is 100mgs and you really shouldn't change the dosage yourself. How long were you taking the 100mg dosage? It can take 3 to 6 weeks for this medication to reach its full efficacy level in your body to see how much it will lower your blood pressure. If you were taking it longer than that, then it may be that it's just not the right medication for you. Have you consulted your doctor? ## I just had an appointment w/ a med doc 3rd of Jan. I know that the tablet must not be split, but it is too much for me, and I split it in 2 pieces and take one half every evening, combined with another medicine for HT which I use in the morning. What may cause the fact that I split the film coated tablet please? As far as I know, there is no lower dosage for this medicine. And if I use one whole tablet every evening, than my tension is getting too low. Please advise

does not have a vertical score line between 27 and 93 ## Hi Josh, Did you get this pill outside of the US or off the street by chance? Only asking because the closest match to your pill is that with a score line in between the 27 and 93; which is identified as Enalapril maleate (5 mg). Everything appears to fit your description except for this vertical score line. It just makes me wonder if the pill is fake or not, but I'll have to leave that for someone else to decide who also has this pill in their possession. The markings are only 344. The pill is blue in color and is round. It is supposed to be Benazepril HCL 40 MG. Can't find it listed with just the number markings. I suffer from insomnia caused by eltroxin 100mg a day for the last 29 years as I have a dysfunctional thyroid. I am on cholesterol medication for carotid artery disease and blood pressure medication. I have been prescribed Stilnox 12 mg to sleep and amitriptyline 10 mg to help relax. I have also been prescribed adco-alzamo .5mg. Can I take this instead of sleeping tablets and amitriptyline? I go to the gym 3 times a week and walk every day. I have tried herbal remedies with no success.

I am about 71 years old and a hypertension patient. I lost my potency since I started taking HTN medicines. Right now I am taking: 1. Eaziday 50 mg, 2. Norvasc 10 mg and 3.
