Constant pain in my hands and feet. Not where my leg, toes and fingers were. This is REAL pain. I can't get anything to alleviate how bad it hurts. ## Hello, Bob! How are you? It can also be helped if it's being caused by an underlying condition and that condition is treated. If you've had amputations, it seems that you must have a very severe form of it. I have it and it has occasionally been worsened with some medications, like a couple blood pressure medications that I tried. Tab. for high blood pressure. he has swelling in ankle & leg where there was previous surgery with 2 breaks in ankle and screws were put in. Could this medicine he started in January be the cause? I'm a 25 year old female and I've been on 50 mg Toprol XR for several years now for Tachycardia. I've had Tachycardia my whole life, but wasn't put on medication until a few years ago after a full heart workup. I've noticed that my libido has dropped considerably as well as my ability to achieve orgasm. I am also on 300 mg Wellbutrin XR and a BC Pill. I know the BC pill can have that affect as well, but I noticed the side affect more so when I went from 25mg to 50mg of Toprol, so my suspicion is that it is that medication. I've done some internet research and it seems that Bystolic has less of an impact on libido than other Beta Blockers. Have been taking Ramipril (Altace) 10mg for probably 10 years and they have ALWAYS been white and BLUE capsules. Last week when I renewed this prescription, they were white and PURPLE. I phoned the pharmacist, and he said they were ok, that these were from a company in Israel. Don't know if this brand has caused a bad sinus / cold like infection? I was prescribed this medicine back in december. I have been taking it faithfully. I am a 46 yr old woman with no prior heart problems. I was placed on this medication for hypertension. I take 1 pill daily at night only. I have alot of the common side effects ie: fatigue, diaharrea, chills, night sweats, yellowing eyes, hair loss and mental and mood changes. I found in the generic Bystolic, among other chemicals as inactive ingredients Sodium Lauryl Sulfate and at least one artificial color ?!
