She needs to have this checked out by her doctor. There is a chance those symptoms could be related to a heart or circulatory problem, rather than the pill from a different manufacturer. It is most likely nothing, but chest pain is nothing to play around with, especially coupled with the other symptoms.
Enalapril is classified by the FDA as an ACE inhibitor that is most commonly used to treat high blood pressure and certain cardiac conditions. Its typical side effects may possibly include nausea, dizziness, headache, dry mouth, increased urination and hypotension.
Has she been eating and drinking like normal?
