Does anyone know if this pill can affect blood sugar?

The pill can normoralize your high blood pressure and it could normalize your diabites.. THERE ARE two reason in why this happens ...
One being that the ingredients the pill contains help with Cassia Seed Extract-seed is the mature seed of cassia. It is famous for eyesight improvement also used to lower fat, and treat hypertension- high blood pressure.
Mulberry Leaf Extract can reduce blood-sugar spikes. Mulberry leaves have long been used in Chinese medicine for the prevention and treatment of diabetes they contain compounds that suppress high blood sugar levels.

I took the pills for 6 days. The first day I didn't feel anything. The second day I noticed a huge change in my appetite!! This effect was consistent for the next 5 days. On the 5th day ... more than 12 hours after I took the pill I began to experience shortness of breath and it felt like my throat was closing ... SCARY ... This feeling lasted for almost 2 days (I stopped taking them when I felt that day) ... Now, I didn't eat a banana everyday like it says in the posts. If I decide to take them again I will def. eat a banana each day. Would that help?! I am afraid and unsure if I should take them again. I felt extremely anxious and then started to get minor chest pains .. (making the anxiety worse) Has this happened to anyone else? Is there something dangerous in these pills that I am not aware of? I really want to start taking them again because they were the only pill working for me! I lost 4 pounds!! Please share any tips!! :) Thanks!

I am a United States Marine, and I needed to drop 20 lbs ASAP. I heard about these pills from a friend and like all these other pills you hear about I just laughed it off. I lift heavy weights 4-5 times a week and do very little cardio. I finally ordered the pills, and in one week I lost 8 lbs! I could of lost more maybe but like I said I lift heavy weights, and of course I added some cardio into my workout program. I do get dry mouth, so I walk around with a water bottle most of the times. I do get the runs because I am taking Senna and at the same time I am drinkin about 3 proteins shakes throughtout the day, a multi vitamin, and creatine once daily. Overall was I proven wrong? Yes, Would I recommend this? Yes. Do I recommend that you follow the diet that it tells you to? No. What I can say is that all my food is grilled or baked, not much junk food but I do treat myself to a junk snack like every 3rd day. Theh pills work, but the diet routine it comes with is a bit too scary for me to follow.

I just finished my first bottle of Bethel's s30. I was 150 when I started and now weigh 139.6. I do not exercise, and I did not take the Senna laxative. This stuff is amazing. It does make me very thirsty, and makes me crave fruits and veggies instead. I am going to order my second bottle now! I highly recommend.

The pills really worked i lost 11 lbs in 7 days .I just found out today that if you're taking these pills maybe you will need to avoid any caffeine.I was having sob and heart beating rapdly i had to go home i couldn't work .I'm planning to still take this pill but to avoid any caffeine i hope i won't experienced that again.

These pills are a dream. All you have to do is read the ingredients in them to see that they are all natural. If anyone has side-effects its not due to the pills itself its due to you having an adverse affect to the ingredients. People have allergies and you have to make sure you are not allergic to what's in them. I took these to my nutrionist at Columbia Hospital and he agreed that they were fine. As long as none of the ingredients cause an allergic reaction. We can't just try everything and not do research on it then when something goes wrong we cry foul. I know I cannot eat apples so I consume nothing with apples in it. Its common sense. @ Diet Guru
on the diet that comes with this it clearly says Eat a banana once a day that is to combat the potassium depletion. They clearly didn't follow the directions. In life we all have to take metered responsibility for US. Good Luck guys!

This is for the comment regarding the liver issue/side effects. Hepatitis can only be transfered from either blood-blood (hep B&C) or fecal-oral (hep A&E). so you cannot get hepatitis from a pill unless it was contaminated with fecal matter (poop).

anyway, I just started the pill today 11/22/09 at 7pm, and it's 11/23/09 at 1:45am and already feel the dry mouth side effects everyone is talking about. Appetite is suppressed but I don't intend on following the diet recommended.

Dear Bethel's S30 users:

I gave birth to my first child March 18 2008! On March 31 2009, I gave birth to my second boy. I did gain some weight which I'm anxious to lose. I am also losing it because in March 2010 I will be going to the Dominican Republic and getting Lipo-structure on my back,stomach, hips and inner thighs, putting the fat from lipo in my booty :), Muscle tighten in my belly and tummy tuck, so I want to lose the weight before this life changing procedure. I started using these pills yesterday. I don't know how much weight I will lose but I am very positive to lose the weight my body feels necessary. I am not setting a goal because people who do end up frustrated and disappointed with their results. No two peoples bodies lose weight at the same rate. Everybody loses weight on their body's own terms. :)

Along with the pills I am following the diet plan that it came with. Here are some things I do when I start any diet plan.

-Drink plenty of water. It cleanses your body. The colder the water is, the faster your metabolism will run.
-I do not weigh myself. I weigh the first time to know where I'm at and every other week.
-I do light exercises in the morning to get my blood flowing and around 5:30 p.m. more blood pumping exercises.
-Stay positive!
-Have support from my husband who backs me up and loves the way my body looks no matter what.

I eat a banana daily and drink plenty of water regardless and take Womens One A Day multivitamins everyday. So I don't feel like this is something new in my diet. I will keep you guys updated. I have to weigh my self today to see where I'm at.

This pill is Excellent!!!! Yes you will lose weight! I use this in combination with Senna 1300MG which is a laxative that is not harsh on your system! Senna is great! it cleans your colon and it is ok to take 2 tablets daily there are no side effects!!!!!!!!! if you wanna know more please just ask!

Hi. I ordered Bethel's 30 and plan to start them on Monday. I am currently at my heaviest- 220 lbs. Since I was laid off 6 months ago I've been eating non-stop and staying locked up at home. I plan on following the diet as closely as I can and definitely eating a banana or two every day and also walking 30 minutes every day. The pills say Do not take with other drugs, but I'm on birth control? Should I not take them then? Or stop the birth control?

Hello,

I just started taking Bethel S30 Today. I'm not sure what to expect, I read all the comments and i have already drank so much water just because i don't want to have dry mouth, i'm a bit anxious but i think its because of the anticipation of losing weight (not the pills, i hope) I'm currently 147 and hoping to get to 130. Thanks guys for all the input. It's really helpful.

I just got my pills s30 deliverd today. I am going to start them tomorrow 2.19.10. I will weight myself in the morning. I have my cycle as of yestrday so my weight will be even more and I will be bloated but is it ok to take it during a cylce or wait until after? I took a senna pill at 7pm tonight by itself just to test it out before I go to work tomorrow to see how sensitive it will be. Do you all take the pill in the morning? Do you take it at the same day every day? I will do the diet also and let you know the results. I would like to talk to a distributor..if any one wants. Thanks, Wendy

Today was my first day on the plan and i must say it was very different. I followed the breakfast and lunch plan. I did feel nauseous but was told i would go away after a couple of days. I did eat the banana as prescribed and drank lots of water. I did an hour of cardio at the gym. Came home to do the dinner plan and started getting my meal ready and decided to take my senna with the water. As soon as i swallowed i had to vomit. Very scary but maybe i didnt eat enough.Not sure. I did have alot of energy during the day. i weighed in today @ 255 and my goal on these pills is to get down to 200. Will keep you posted on the side effects.
