I just had a question... I know the bottle say NO SIDE EFFECTS but I feel tired when I take Bethel's 30. Does anyone else notice this same thing?

This the 3rd time i used the pill my 1st (8/09)results were good then I had to stop using this pill because of medical conditions (not from the pill) then I started back in oct.09, . From oct -march) i was good I stopped taking the pill then I started using it again in ending of may 09. Its now July 7th 09 and I'm not really seeing any resuts like did before. Oh and during the long periods of time when i did stop the using the pill I GAINED BACK MY WEIGHT!Now I'm struggling to get it back off.. Is thi normal ? any suggestions?

this is some info on hepatitis and Madison's remark that you cannot get hep from pills. Yes you can! the word hepatitis means, sick liver. you cannot get hep A b or c from pills but your liver can become sick from too much of a certain med., such as acetaminophen. i had hep 8 years ago my liver was sick and quit all together. i was given 10-14 days to live, waiting for my kidneys to shut down, and then death. some how i survived and my liver regenerated itself. the illness was due to blood thinners for a blood clot and acetaminophen for the pain. the FDA has known about the problems with acetaminophen for decades and now are starting to put liver warning labels on the bottles. my doctors have no medical explanation why i am still alive and i do not have hep., sick liver, anymore. i realize this is an old discussion, for those who might still be reading, like myself, be careful what you take and how much.

I've been on the pill for about 4 days now. The first two days, i had really bad dry mouth, I had trouble sleeping, and sometimes my heartbeat rhythm would speed up alot.

I noticed that there were 3 other pills that came with the Bethels30.
Potassium, VHP, and the Senna. Once i started taking the Potassium pills, and eating a banana daily. All the side effects went away.
At first i did not want to follow the diet because it's CRAZY, but after i took the pill. I was not hungry AT ALL. So it's not that hard anymore.
I have to remind myself to eat.

I have only lost 5 pounds, but i can definitely feel my stomach going down. Its' great. I haven't been exercising, but i plan to.

i been taking bethel for a month now and i lost a total of 20 pounds in one month which is great !!!!!!! because i have tried everything and nothing seem to work but theses were like mircle pilss thanks god for bethel s30 going for my second bottle hoping to see then same results its been 3 weeks since i last took them and so far no weight gain . sooo every one wish me luck just wanted to give a update ........

hi i've been taking the pills now for 2 months i went from 284 to 260, but now i've beed stuck in 260 for the last 2 weeks...any advice,,,should i stop taking the pills for a few days...please help!!! 'cuz i reeeally love this pills

my cousin used bethels 30 and she has lost massive amount of weight, i told her to give me to or three to try myself before i go and spend the money, i did take them yesterday and the day before yesterday, and both days i felt very week,my hands and feet were very cold and one of my legs was completely numb, Ive also beeen shaky, is there something i mught be doing wrong or something i could do to help reduce these side effects, i really want to take them i was so amazed by my cousins weight loss, please help..

I started taking bethel 30 8/01/09 it is now 1 week later and ive lost 25 pounds. It really works. I have dry mouth, am very thirsty, and I cramp Up a lot. Started eating banana and it went away.Started at 284 now down to 259 in days. I have also been working out to accelerate weight loss. will keep you all updated

i started yesterday i weight 155 and im 5'4...i feel weird like a little down...i eatbanana and some melon...i drink plenty water...but im dizzy!

Ordered the pills 2 weeks ago, Felt a small appetite change for maybe 3 days. Thats it. I have not lost any weight at all, but maybe 2lbs, I am disappointed that I wasted my money...I am still hungry and I am taking the senna pills as well. Not worth it for me, think I got duped. I lost about 20lbs on Superslim earlier this year.

I started taking Bethels S30 on August 1st. I am 58 and started the diet at 162 pounds. I did the get the dry mouth side effects, and chills. I did not follow the plan the first couple of days cause it suppressed my hunger, that I forgot to eat my three meals a day. Since then I have followed the diet plan. I eat my two bananas a day for my potassium level. I take 2 senna pills everyday at 11am. So far I am down to 153. I have not been at this weight in over eight years. I've tried other diet plans, and I never got down to this weight. I am happy with this plan. I do not even exercise. I don't want to drastically lose 20 pounds in a month, but the results speak for themselves. I see results in many ways.

I've been on these pills for almost 3 months and it changed the whole way I look at food. I eat so much less and much healthier. I never followed the diet plan because I just started eating less. I've lost a lot of weight and am down two dress sizes. the only negative is that I have dry mouth...but in a way it ensures that I drink sufficient water. I have recommended the pills to so many people and most have had a great experience on it; although one did get an anxiety reaction from it.

Well my friend told me about this pills last friday and she has already lost 20lbs and she credits that to this pills, my other friend also started recently with this same pills the s30 and she was looking a little pale and sick, but she hadn't had anything to eat for like 48 hrs because she said she felt full all the time... I decided to take on my friend's offer to get some pills for her and see how they work.. I'm 159lbs and would like to go down to 125 or so (I'm 5'4 tall) so today is my first day.... (Wednesday Oct. 7, 2009) My friend told me to take it 1/2 an hr before breakfast with water and just to drink a lot of water during the day... I took it this morning at 8 am and didn't eat breakfast (a yogurt & banana and green tea, My usual) until around 9:30am.. already feeling very jittery but I don't mind... I'm just excited to read all the feedback and how the pill has worked.. hope it works for me.. looking forward to keep posting the results here :)....

I STARTED TAKING THE PILLS 2 DAYS AGO. ON THE THIRD MORNING, I WEIGHED MYSELF AND LOST 5 LBS. I FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS TO THE T. AMAZING, HOWEVER I WAS DIZZY AND HEART RACED THE FIRST DAY. THIRD DAY, I HAVE A TERRIBLE HEADACHE. ATE THE BANANA AND THE HEADACHE SUBSIDED. NO APPETITE. NO DRY MOUTH. NO EXERCISE. THERE ARE SIDE EFFECTS AND EVERYONE WILL EXPERIENCE THAT DIFFERENTLY. U MUST FIGURE OUT IF ITS WORTH IT

my GYN doctor advice me to take these pill bethel 30 I started on 08-12 and I lost 33 pounds from a size 18 pants to size 14. I feel great. My father started them he was 283 and now he is 234. He has high blood pressure and now he is not even taking the medication and he feels and looks great!!!!

I took these pill for about 3 weeks and l lost 10lbs. it does exactly what everyone says it does but they do have side effects. dry mouth, headaches, mood swings, and heart cramps. I stopped taking them because it wouldn't make much since to be skinny and dead. i cam to this conclusion once I started getting the heart cramps.
