does anyone feel light headed or nauseous? i've been feeling like my head is heavy at times. one morning i thought i was going to pass out & i didn't even get out of bed yet. maybe i'm not eating enough? these pills def. make it hard to even want to eat! i lost 6.5lbs my first week! i'm not on week 2! i also have the dry mouth, being thirsty & i'm also feeling some anxiety! is anyone else feeling this way?

Has anyone had problems with the sienna 5? I took the pills as instructed and I have been running to the bathroom all day! Has anyone else experienced this?

to bukababy03 my guess is youre not eating enough. similar thing happened to me, i was feeling lightheaded and nausea as well and its because i didnt eat. the whole day passed and realized I didnt eat anything because the appetite was not there. The next day I did eat three times, they were not big meals, just enough to have something in your stomach. definetly have breakfast, do eat your banana. have small meals. For me I had a banana and yogurt for breakfast, half a sandwich for lunch and some chicken and veggies or salad for dinner.

I've been taking the pills on and off since November 09 and to tell you the truth, to me, they work and is not to say that I take them everyday. Since November I have only purchased 2 bottles, so you can tell how often I take them. When I do take them I make sure that I eat either bananas, oranges or grapes. Additionally, i'm not following any diet. I'm eating whatever I want but i'm being sensible about it. Perhaps if i'm having a cheeseburguer, I won't have any fries or sodas. I try to mostly eat homemade food and I did cut any food after 7pm unless I'm extremelly hungry. I do drink plenty water, because even the days I don't drink the pills I get extremely thirsty.

A friend recommended these pills to me and told me they were natural and a lot of people have lost weight on them. After being on Phentermine for almost 4 years, I was happy to find a diet pill that worked but didn't cause side effects. I purchased the S30 pills with the Senna last week. The first day that I took them I felt the same symptoms that I felt after being on Phentermine for too long. Headaches, tighting and discomfort in my chest. Feeling cold one minute and sweating the next and this really bad attitude. I took one day off and then took the pills again this morning hoping that maybe I would feel different. I didn't. I have this tingling and numbness in my left arm and my left side where my heart valve has felt funny all day. I know that I probably did damage to myself by taking Phentermine for so many years, and after taking any pill with Phentermine or a drug similar your body will become immune and you will gain weight. I researched the ingredients and the one ingredient that is dangerous is Flos Citi Auranti which (Synephrine) which is an alternative to ephedrine, which is illegal or restricted in many countries. You can find this information out on wikipedia, Medical Almlyum is starch The bottom line you don't feel anything at this moment, but if you stay on them longer than they are intended for, you will begin to experience physical problems in regards to your heart valves. This ingredient also increases the risk of Ischemic Stroke and increased blood pressure and myocardial infaction. Be careful. At least I knew exactly what I was getting with Phentermine, I really cant say the same about these pills.

Hi Jazzymom.. How are you doing on the program?
I lost 15 lbs the first month and I am not on my second bottle.
its going well I am happy with the results because I am also losing inches I am down 2 sizes already.. I cant wear clothes I wore a month ago and people are telling me they see a huge change this was the boost that I needed into my program. I still sometimes get the blurry vision but after I eat its fine. my nose runs alot..lol
love that it craves my appetite.. I think I need to eat a little bit more.. not having enough fruit like I was.
Im eating more protein because I work out with weights and do long workouts and need that to retain my muscle and I can see my shape changing. I am not weighing myself everyday I was getting obsessed so I will weigh myself every 2 weeks now.
I want to loose 50 Lbs. So if I can loose 15 a month for 3 months and a little extra I will be very happy.

I took these pills last year for about a month and i must admit - i did not follow the diet to the T- and yet i still lost 23lbs. I stopped taking the pills because pills in general make me nauseous , actually just the thought of pills make me sick so i made the sacrifice only until i lost the weight. Afterwards i noticed that my appetite was drastically suppressed and i kept losing weight however my dramatic weigh loss worried those around me and encouraged them to constantly feed me. I became careless and soon regained my appetite and then some, i gained the weight back and i'm so terribly disappointed. Today i got my order in the mail- yes im going to do it again. If you follow the diet this plan really works- the dietitian i spoke to (the doctor who sells the pills) stated that if i did not take the senna i would not lose weight, and recommended i eat a banana a day along with a multivitamin. I'll keep you guys posted on my progress, wish me luck :0)

i absolutely love this pill and i have everyone at my doctors office trying them. when you work in drs office its a bunch of women who bake or reps constantly bringing lunch so we gain weight. ive been taking them for 25 days with absolutely NO DIET and i lost 17 pounds. i went from a size 13/14 to a size 9. i put my sister onto the pills and shes on her 3rd week she went from 166lbs to 150lbs. SIDE EFFECTS: nauseous as hell if i take the pill b4 i have a bite of something in the morning, cotton mouth but at work we have water jugs so BIG DEAL. and for those of you not taking the SENNA with the diet pill the reason they were given with the pill is bcuz it is a known fact that most diet pills make you constipated. So you need the senna to relieve the little you do eat. I LOVE IT AND I WISH I DID WORK FOR THEM BCUZ they created something that really works and is really gonna help ALOT of ppl. I wish i could tell my over weight pt's to take this just because i care for them and i knw they want to lose the weight. but its illlegal since i am not a dr so atleast i can post it on here and help others who have heard of it! good luck everyone and get ready for the bikini bodies bcuz by the summer i think thats what ill have, as soon as i tone up again and hit the gym that i pay for and never get to. lol

Hi Wendy
That's amzing that you have lost 15 pounds. I have yet to order the pills. I am nervous about the side effects. I am still up in the air about ordering them. I don't want to waste my money because I never remember to take pills. And I work, so I don't want to run back and forth to the bathroom. I will keep you posted.

Jazzy mom- If you order the pills and they dont work for you I will buy them from you.. I love them and I have no side effects at all at this point. They dont make jittery or anything at all. I just got my 3rd bottle and I am losing inches. I am going to weight myself next week. So try them jazzy and I will buy the pills if you dont feel good on them ok? Youve got nothing to lose but weight...lol

In one month I lost 20lbs. Like any medication, they effect people differently. The only side effect I had was dry mouth, it went away after a week. Some co-workers of mine tried them as well, every one lost weight within the first week, side effects varied by person. It seems like if your the type of person this is typically sensitive to side-effects, you will probably have some side effects. One thing is for sure, these pills definitely DO NOT cause liver damage or hepatitis. Medications that can cause damage to the liver include methyldopa (used uncommonly for high blood pressure), isoniazid for tuberculosis, seizure medications (like valproate and phenytoin), chlorpromazine, amiodarone (for irregular heart rhythm), and certain antibiotics (including trimethoprim-sulfamethoxazole and erythromycin).

Additionally, it should be noted that Bethel S30 is not a medication at all, it is a diet supplement, and it is about as powerful as anything you can find in GNC.

I began taking the pill the day after Thanksgiving, I have lost a total of 50 pounds to date. From 228 to 178 and I couldn't be happier. My whole outlook on weight has changed, I refuse to put the pounds back on. I am no longer on the pill and the weight is staying off :)

You can order the pills directly from the center it will come with the full menu with it. I am almost done w, my 3rd bottle. I lost 30 lbs I will weigh myself end of week to see the total loss for the 3 bottles.
I work out at the gym i do cardio and lots of weights. I eat fruits salads and protein once a day. No dairy, no canned food, no sodas, no hard food, nothing salty or fried.
On the menu plan you alternate protein every other week.
It works and I loose inches when im not losing pounds.Good luck
