I started taking the pill the beginning of the month, I was at 202lbs and today I weigh 190lbs. I have not followed the diet and have only taken the senna about three times only one pill each time because the first time I took 2 senna pills i got stomach pains. Side effects for me have been: dry mouth, sleeplessness(even though as time passed it got better). intense mood swings and on a better note less appetite and more energy. I have been doing light exercise in the morning. I did not take them over the weekends and I still had the dry mouth and little appetite.

Bethel30.com is the website I was told to do the one with Senna 1300. I haven't tried it yet but my best friend took it and lost 20 lbs in a month which is a big deal for her since its really hard for her to lose weight. I will let you know my results yay can't wait to try it lol!!

OMG Wendy, I finally ordered the pills. They should be here in a few days. I will keep you posted. On their website, they have other pills. Have you tried any of those?

well i stated the pills like one month ago togethre with the southbeach diet but im telling everry one that i dont now if they work or not the olly thing that i could tell you is that i lost 15 pounds but i dont now if is the pill or the diet that im on. im olso going to the gim thats another thing pleqace i will like enyone that tell me how the pill works really. thank you

I have taken this pill in the pass and lost 20Lb in 4 weeks together with the wii fit exercise,
because i have thyroid problems i take this pill ones a year beacause my weight just keeps coming back .

OK, SO I OFFICIALLY STARTED TAKING THE PILLS 6/12. TOMORROW IS MY WEIGH IN. I WILL DEFINITELY KEEP YOU GUYS POSTED. THOSE SENNA PILLS ARE CRAZY. I ONLY TAKE 1 PER NIGHT, UNLESS I EAT SOMETHING BAD, THEN I TAKE 2. I AM A BUSY PERSON AND I DON'T HAVE TIME TO SPEND IN THE BATHROOM. I DON'T FOLLOW THE DIET BUT I DO EAT A BANANA EVERYDAY AND I DRINK PLENT OF WATER. LET'S SEE WHAT HAPPENS. KEEP YOUR FINGERS CROSSED FOR ME

Hi Jazzy Mom!! I am so excited for you to start!!! Thats great!! You will do great. Keep track of what your doing and what works for you. try to stick as close to the diet as you can you will lose weight so you might as well maximize it and get to your goal faster by sticking to the plan. Keep me posted and drink lots of water! So happy your starting. :)

Reading all of these comments has me soooo excited! I went to Washington Heights this week and picked up the pills. I'm starting Saturday, and will keep you all posted on my progress. Thanks everyone for the inside scoop!

So, I started last Saturday, 6/26 and today is Saturday, 7/3. I went from 211.2 and am now 200.4 (10.8 lost!). I followed the diet as best as I could, but had meat 3 times and even Chipotle once. Eating a banana is crucial to making you feel okay. My appetite wasn't suppressed as much as I would've liked, but I did notice a small difference. There were nights I was starving after 7, but I just drank water. It's a challenge on any diet for me, it's all about the discipline and creating better habits for myself. We'll see what happens in the coming weeks.

I ordered Bethel s30 and took my first one today. I did experience some side effects. My hands and feet got cold and got a headache and hour later... I ate what they said but doesn't seem like it would be enough. Anyone else have side effects? Just wondering. Oh, and I was thirsty and it left a bad taste in my mouth for a while. Thanks

I have been taking Bethel 30 for a week now along with the potassium and magnesium supplements, all of a sudden on the 6th night my body began tingling non stop and I am having muscle spasms I can't sleep because of it. I stopped the pills and I am still experiencing these problems HELP WHAT IS GOING ON???? I may also ads I am completely healthy and I've never had any health problems in the past I'm only 22 years old i don't drink or smoke.

I just started the pills yesterday and i deffinetly feel the side effects or dry mouth and im a little quieter and weaker than usual. my concern in that i am on birth control pills. Is it dangerous?? Also i plan on getting pregnant when i loose my weight and finish witht he pills!! Anyone gave birth after the pills? anyone been pregnant? does it effect birth or anythign like that?!! I am very concerned i want to have healthy kids. Please let me know asap

I saw the good results on some of the people that referred me to these pills. What I didn't expect was the erectile distinction that accompanied it. After doing alittle more research I see I'm not the only one. They definatly mess with your penis. Soft erections and ejaculating and having it feel like you are urinating. Guys beware!!!

I started off at pants size 12. It was depressing cause i've never got this big! And I weighed 178-180 during the end of May. OI started Bethel 30 and Sena1300 the first week of June. I am now 145 and back to my normal size which was a 6. Unfortunately with my busy schedule I was not able to go to the gym BUT I walked more than taking the elevators and stuff. I do agree, it does make your mouth dry. But that is why I was drinking something everything 5 seconds. Makes your bladder full quick, but heck it's worth it!

I have b een taking them for 3 weeks and not only have I not lost a thing, I have such bad gas that it feels as if I can't breathe! It gives me pain in my chest. Also, I am violently thirsty and no matter how much water I drink it doesn't quench my thirst. I am about to go back to the place and complain. These pills absolutely have side effects.

Side note: My job has a web filter and when I try to log onto the bethel 30 website it blocks me claiming the site contains illegal drugs.
I'm have been struggling to lose weight for years so i was willign to try these pills. I have spent $120 and to me it feels wasted. I have tried to call the office and I get no answer. You really can't market something as having no side effects when clearly it does. I feel like absolute crap. When I take the senna i get the runs, when i dont take it i am constapated. This sucks! I was really excited about this pill. enough to pay so much money on it even though I am on a really tight budget.
