What can I take for a headache if Excedrin migraine is not a good choice with sulfamethoxazole? ## According to the University of Maryland Medical Center (umm.edu / drug interaction tool), there are no interactions listed between Aspirin and Sulfamethoxazole. While this doesn't necessarily mean that no interactions exist, it is my understanding that this combination is generally regarded as safe. Nevertheless, if you have any doubts about your prescription, I'd encourage you to consult your prescribing doctor before moving forward with anything else.
