This is a very common imprint for over the counter Aspirin, it is sold in 81mgs, because that it commonly used to help with blood thinning, and to help with heart health.

It is manufactured by various companies.

The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, stomach irritation, increased risk of bleeding, and headache.
