I found a pill in my son's room, it's a very small peach pill with L engraved on one side & the other has nothing. I've looked all over the Internet for it but nothing has came up, I've even looked on my medicines but nothing. I just hope it's nothing serious, but if it is I'd like to know before my 17 yr old gets into all that mess.. smh.. plz help, so worried!!

I was able to find Aspirin pills that are similar to your description. Small and tan/orange circular pills with a capital L printed on one side.
If this description does not fit the pill I would still like to help you but I need a little more information on the pill such as the shape of the pill.
