My doctor has prescribed Meloxicam & Xljanz. Are they safe taken together? ## Hi pinnie, According to the University of Maryland Medical Center, there are no drug interactions listed between Meloxicam and Xeljanz (tofacitinib citrate). Based off this information alone, I wouldn't have any reason to believe that you couldn't take the two together... especially since your doctor prescribed them both to you at the same time. I can't blame you though for being extra cautious, as there have been who knows how many instances where doctors mistakenly prescribe two drugs that interact with one another. Hope this helps!

Updated in EtoshineI took one tablet of Nabumetone around 11pm and feel very dizzy right now. How long does it remain active in your body? I took one 750mg Tablet ## Hi Tina, Sorry to hear about how you were feeling. Are you doing any better now? According to nih.gov, Nabumetone has a 24 hour half-life. This means if you took 750 milligrams, then by the 24 hour mark there would only be 375 active milligrams left. Every 24hrs, half of every remaining half can be subtracted in order to get an estimate of how long that dose stays in your body; which seems to me that it could be several days. I hope this helps!
