Sazo 500 & Hcqs

I am a rheumatoid arthritis patient. My doctor has advised me to have 4 sazo 500 and 2 HCQS tabs during a day. I am taking these medicines since last 2 years. But i have doubts and worried about the side effects of these medicines. I am 30 years old and not married yet. KIndly advise me whether these medicines should be continued?

Side effects includes palpitations, drowsiness, headache, chest pain, tingling sernsation in ear. long term medication may lead to oligospermia i.e reduced sperm count. U should stop taking medication 3 months before plan a child
