Medications degrade over time and tend to lose efficacy, so it is most likely not going to work as well as it did, when new. Thus, it would be best to dispose of it and see your doctor, if you require an NSAID.

The FDA lists the typical side effect of this medication as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, increased risk of bleeding and stomach irritation.
