I need to find a doctor that doesn't have a problem prescribing Xanax. I'd also like to find a doctor who prescribes pain meds without the run around. I am prescribed both valium and flexeril. Do they show up different in urine drug screening? ## Does Valium and/or Flexeril show up in a urinalysis? I have one tomorrow. Will Valium (5mg) show up the same as Flexeril? ## Hey Sissy, if the drug test you are given looks for the presence of benzodiazepines then yes the Valium will show up. The answer to your second question, Valium and flexeril will not show up the same on a drug test as they are two completely separate classes of drugs. Hope this is helpful

I tested positive for klonopin approx 8-10 days after I took a 2 mg. Is there any way of making them believe it is a false positive? I am on 4 mg of xanax a day and 80 milligrams of methadone for pain management. My dr warned me after this happened 1 year ago if it happened again i was done. My pa is young and kinda not on my side. ## First of all, get off the Methadone, it is not good for pain management and causes heart damage. I took a 1mg lorazepam a few times total over the last couple days. I weigh about 115 lbs. I have a urine drug test coming up for probation & need to find out 'about' how long it stays in your system for this test & future reference b/c until I get back into my doc I don't have a script & need them for my anxiety really bad so im having to take them around the drug screens until I get my script back. Hello! I got a prescription from my psychiatrist for 1 mg of Lorazepam for 2 weeks, then to stop it. I took it religiously every day at random times (from 9 pm - 11 pm depending on whether I was available to drink it at the supposed 10pm). A bit of my background: Reasons for the prescription? - To help me sleep. I was sleeping less and less and had some awful palpitations of my left eyelid. I felt tired due to the lack of sleep. So I'm diagnosed with multiple mental health issues. My problem is that I KNOW what meds will work to stabilize me... yet a lot of doctors want to play guinea pig with me and test out tons of meds but won't give me meds in the meantime so that I won't have to suffer while they're testing all these new meds. Hi, I've been taking lorazepam 0.5 mg once a day for 16yrs. Now my doctor wants me to wean off it, but I'm having a hard time. ## What tapering/weaning method have you been using? Generally, the modern preferred method is to gradually reduce the dose, while spacing doses further and further apart. Stopping too abruptly may create the risk of seizures, according to FDA reports. I've been taking these medications for the last 4 years, 2 tablets per day. Lately I've been using 3 tablets per day as it is most useful for me to reduce the depression and anxiety. If this can cause side effects what is another alternative I could use? ## Both medications can help and depending on several factors, exacerbate anxiety and depression. If it were me I would get off both of these and possibly get on a single antidepressant if it is depressiont you are having issues with. Searching for identity of some round white tablets with a cross score on one side and a pharm logo on the other that appears to be a "P" with 2-3 circles around this "P" and has a very small "E" just to the right of this assumed "P". I normally take the American yellow bars. They are my favorite. I have an opportunity to try some of these pex 2s from a friend. do they feel the same? How do they compare to crinkle back whites or yellow bars? ## Because these types of medications can and often do affect everyone differently, your best bet may just be to try it out for yourself and decide after a few days to a week or so if this manufacture's brand is really right for you. Hello, I found a tablet in my partners pocket. It is a white tablet with a split in the center. Looks like there's a number 5 or S on one half and an M or H underneath and almost smooth in feeling on the other side. I have taken a picture and tried to read it, but can't seem to make it out ? I found these pills dated back to 1971. There is no label. They are light blue pills with a cursive R on one side, nothing else on the other. It looks like an m & m. Can someone tell me what these are? ## Actavis makes a round light blue 1mg Alprazolam tablet with a capital cursive-like "R" on one side and "031" on the back over a score line.
