It was a prescribed med, then several years later became over the counter. A Cardiologist gave to his wife for her travels in case she got an infection only condition. It worked over night. It was spelled beginning witn "A" and couple other letters followed. ## Hello, Sandra! How are you? I got hot wax spilled on me from one of those wax burners that you plug in and makes your house smell amazing. Well it has burned my skin pretty bad in a few different spots causing bleeding, scabing and greenish/yellow nasty odor discharge. I have been cleaning it with peroxide and putting triple antibiotic cream but have some leftover and a refill for more of these h49 pills. Hey i had a small boil on my back that we thought was a spider bite 2 days later it started swelling and 2 more days after that we put a warm compress on it and it started draing on its own now im on a antibiotic but it just keeps draining is it working or not only beenon antibiotics for 2 days ## You should still finish the full course of the antibiotic, as prescribed. Drug was prescribed yesterday for a UTI which began yesterdat. Symptoms seemed to be lessening yesterday evening after the 2nd tablet. Time between urinating had stretched to 2 hours. Now, this morning it's back to 15 minute intervals before an overwhelming urge to urinate takes place. When urinating, there is also a bad burning sensation. Questions: (1) How long at 2 tablets per day before I experience some relief? (2) Caution against taking with grapefruit juice, but not orange juice. Why? I was on Omnicef almost 2 and half months ago now for a severe upper respitory infection, they gave me a antibiotic shot then 2 weeks of omnicef. I didn't realize I was having a reaction to it when my ankles, legs, hands, feet started swelling, I finished the whole 2 weeks of it. Thought it was maybe because I was so sick and inactivity. I started gaining weight and my ankles feet, legs, belly hands have continued to swell, I have continued to have loose stools and gain more weight, even though I am the healthiest eater out there.
