My GP has diagnosed me as in stage 4 of emphysema and has now prescribed me to take a 10 day course of trolic 5mg tabs daily besides the other medication I'm taking. This is my first day on them and although I felt I was breathing better during the day now at evening/night I cannot cough and clear the phylem from my lungs and cannot get to sleep. Is this normal at the onset of taking this course? The pill is an orange peach colour oval shape with 250 on one side and APO on the other side.
