Dr advised me to take Zerodol TH 4 for my waste pain.What is the side effect the medicine?

I know the regular Zerodol contains the active ingredient Aceclofenac, which is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory, but I can't find a listing for Zerodol TH 4.

Do you have any other information on it?

And what are you referring to as waste pain?
