Hi Maggie,

Are you referring to "Laticort?"

Based on my research, Laticort is in the class of medications known as: medium strength corticosteroids. Its active ingredient is Hydrocortisone and it can be used to treat a variety of skin conditions, such as: eczema, dermatitis, allergies, and rashes. It works by reducing swelling, itching, and redness that occurs.
