I have been prescribed adderall 10mgs a day i used to take 60 so 10 doesn't do much of anything to calm my ADHD so i take about 20 to 30 on a daily bases im on probation so i get tested monthly i was wondering if they would know that i take more and if they did would they fail me for it? It is a urine test specific gravity by the way ## I took total of 120mg aderall in one day have urine test Wednesday morning will I pass and what can I do to help ensure I could if anything ## If I took 120 mg of adderall on Friday and Saturday and I have a drug test on Monday but I have taken prescription fluid pills everyday will I pass my GC/MS drug test

Which of the 2 are weaker+ don't work as well+have more side effects? My Dr. Is trying to tell me they are both the exactly the same. I donr feel this is true AT ALL!!! I've been taking 20 Mg TID of IR generic Adderall > 10 Yrs. Although some "experts" claim they are very, very habit forming, I MUST disagree. Even after +10 Yrs, I have little problem discontinuing the drug at any point. The same goes for benzodiazepines. Possibly it's because I personally adhere or ingest < is directed or skip for weeks on end. This "abuse potential" may be inherent in some. Personally, I believe it is overstating this possibility to "play it safe". The statement, "Drug abusers typically have the tendency to increase the dosage on their own initiative". Decades ago, as many as 20 indications were on the books for sympathomemetic amines. They continue to be used unabated for many reasons as they are so effective when other drugs had little amelioration for the malady. ## Hi Kim, I appreciate you sharing this topic on sympathomimetic amines. And it seems to me that if many of the types of drugs that fall into this category weren't so heavily abused (such as amphetamine, ephedrine, etc) they would eventually be given more light for other more meaningful uses. I found a piece of an orange pill wrapped in a napkin in my neighbors childs coat pocket. I know my neighbor does/sells drugs and my wife is in recovery. Neighbors child left her jacket here so neighbor came to pick it up. Hate to say it but something seemed fishy. Both pockets were snapped shut so I checked and found the piece wrapped in the same kind of napkins we use. My 8 yr old son was diagnosed with ADHD at the end of the school year last year... The doctor out him in Focalin XR 5 mg at the beginning... I took him off for summer and started him back at the beginning of this school year... His grades went from very low to all a's this year... I took 2 10mg Adderall just over a month ago and have both a urine and hair drug test coming up next week for a pre-employment drug screen. I think I'm pretty clear on the urine but kinda worried on the Hair test. What are my chances of a one-time user passing with no worries? ## A hair drug test is meant to show consistent use over time. A 1.5 inch sample, cut at the scalp line, will go back 90 days. I am scheduled for abdominal laparoscopic surgery at 10 am tomorrow. I had osteomyelitis a few years back. Was on methadone & vicodin until I got pregnant with my son. Got switched to suboxone and have been on it since. I've recently been diagnosed with ADHD, I'm 32 & it explains so much now. Anyway, I need to find a Dr who will be OK with writing me for both meds. But other than that I have not come across any specific details stating that it can cause a false-positive for anything else. Hello, I am prescribed to take adderall daily by my family Dr. I keep my script locked up in a small safe..however I am continually losing pills monthly (not just a couple....several) there are two others in my household a teenager and an adult...and no one seems to have a clue where they go...I am serious about having both other people in the home tested hoping it will show up on a test....this way I can solve the problem of the missing meds and get help for whoever has acquired a habit for my meds...what kind of test would give me the answers I need and where can I get it?

Hello. I just recently graduated from college and entered the work force. I've suffered from ADD for as long as I can remember (or at least I think I do as I have never been diagnosed). It is tremendously difficult for me to stay on one task at a time let alone complete a task. This is due to the fact that my mind routinely cycles through a million different things a minute. I am VERY forgetful as I am easily distracted. I obtained these and when I opened the capsule, it was powdery like ....similar to sawdust with slight orange and white coloration, not the beads like I expected.
