I was diagnosed with ADHD when i was 9 yr old (24 now). I took concerta from then until i was a freshmen in high school and stopped myself. In college, as school became harder, i started again. I was prescribed adderall tablets by my doctor, and I have been taking that until September 2014. So for about 4 years off and on, which it was off and on because of appointment scheduling and insurance reasons. I recently had to stop because of the change in the controlled substances act and had to be re diagnosed by a psychiatrist in order for him to prescribe the medication. After his assessment he said he would prescribe concerta. I know from experience this has worked for me(most recent); and i know the side effects it has on my body, and i am used to those side effects. So with light of the...

Just moved to santa ana orange county area. Seeking doctor who will prescribe me adderall ## Hello, Sunny! How are you? I'm sorry, but there is no listing of doctors according to what they will or will not prescribe that I can refer to for you. And due to the new regulations that have been put in place, if you require such a medication on a long-term ongoing basis, you'll need to see a specialist, so a psychiatrist would be required. The best thing to do might be to set yourself up with a new PCP and then have them refer you to someone that can help. Can anyone recommend a good doctor in that area? This medication carries the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, irritability, nervousness, anorexia, weight loss and insomnia.

Need to find a doctor in san Antonio that prescribes Adderall ## Hello, Janet! How are you? I'm sorry, but there is no listing of doctors according to what they will or will not prescribe that I can refer to for you. And due to the new regulations that have been put in place, if you require such a medication on a long-term ongoing basis, you'll need to see a specialist. Adderall is a stimulant that's most commonly used to treat ADHD or narcolepsy, it carries the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, insomnia, nervousness, anorexia and weight loss. Do you have a PCP that might be able to refer you to someone? If so, that might be the quickest and easiest way to find the help you need. Can anyone recommend a good doctor in...

I am going to take a hair strand test looking for methamphetamine, amphetamines, etc. I am prescribed oxycodone10, zanax, and adipex. I took approximately 150 mg. of Adderall that is not prescribed, in the past 90 days total. Will the testing show a difference in the Adderall and adipex? If so, what ingredients are different?

Looking for information on cross tops diet pills for weight loss due to pre-diabetic and high cholesterol. ## @scoobaru, Are you referring to these?: Discuss/white-cross-energy-pills-189037.htm If so, I believe they are no longer available in most countries and Adderall is probably going to be the closest legal thing you'll find to them in this day and age with a prescription. However, if you truly do have high cholesterol, I've heard that hemp seeds can work miracles on lowering cholesterol levels if used regularly... Although so can exercise and eating right in general; same goes for pre-diabetics (type 1 or 2). So it sounds to me like simple lifestyle changes would make for a better treatment option than a banned drug that can cause heart problems, but that is up to you to de...

I just found out my PCP is leaving my network for insurance and need a new dr that will be an easy transition and is not going to give me trouble about my adderall script. I don't take a lot 15mg twice daily and saw a psychiatrist in the past before getting on it but I know doctors can give people a hard time about this and hope to find one that isn't against the medicine etc. Can anyone else that is on this medication recommend a good doc? ## Hello, Michael! How are you? Due to the new regulations that have been put in place, a PCP will not be able to prescribe it for you, you'll need to see a specialist, which means seeing a psychiatrist, again. Adderall is a stimulant medication that is most commonly used to treat ADHD and narcolepsy, it carries the risk of being habit fo...

I am looking for a doctor that prescribes adderall in Anderson, SC or surrounding area. Family doctor, psychiatrist, etc. Someone that can see me fast and doesn't charge $300. I know that's a lot to ask. I used to take adderall years ago, but lost my health insurance. Now that I have started working, my add is so horrible! Please help! It will be cash pay. Thank you! ## Hello, Kris! How are you? I'm sorry about the problem that you're having. Due to the new regulations that were put in place, you'll need to see a specialist to have such a medication prescribed, a general practitioner will not be able to prescribe it for you. Thus, I doubt you're going to find a cheap fee for an appointment and you will have to return monthly. This medication carries the risk of b...

Hi everyone I have like three bottles of # 20mg adderall that my daughter has stopped using and it would be a shame to just flush them down the toilet.I live in St Lucie county Florida maybe there is a clinic or children's psychiatric home that could use them? any suggestions would be helpful! thank you ## Hello, Trixie! How are you? No, I'm sorry, but due to risks of possible tampering, contamination and/or improper storage, they aren't allowed to make use of such medications. Thus, it would be best to dispose of them, but please do not flush them. This contaminates our ground water. To properly dispose of old medications, the FDA instructions say that you should mix them with some undesirable substance, such as used kitty litter or coffee grounds, then place them in a seal...

I took 4 - 10 mg adderall over a 4 day period (108 days ago). I am having a hair test tomorrow, they are collecting 4.5" of hair (popsicle stick size). I'm guessing they will be testing a 9 month period. Is this considered enough to fail the 100 pg/ng minimum? ## Did you pass?

Since I started talking Adderall IR 20MG twice daily for narcolepsy, I have noticed a vague feeling of discomfort in my bladder.... I have also noticed increased urination, and was eventually diagnosed with IC Bladder - Intersiatial Cystitis . Anyone else experience any these symptoms? ## Yeah, the Adderall can cause increased urination. So, may the adderall is dehydrating you some and filling your bladder up more than what is normal for you? I would see if you get used to it. Also, make sure you are drinking enough fluids and some electrolytes throughout the day. The urination thing is common. ## Hello, Brian! How are you feeling? I'm very sorry about the problem you've had. Bladder pain is actually listed as a common side effect, along with UTIs. Other common ones can include ...

I have had MS for 13 years. I'm 51 years old. I've been through menopause. I need something to give me energy. ## Hello, Edie! How are you? I am very sorry about your health issues. This website does not manufacture nor prescribe any medications. It is an information only resource. Additionally, such medications aren't generally used just to give someone energy, because they run the risk of being habit forming and may cause some possibly dangerous side effects, if used improperly, such as heart attack, stroke, anorexia and elevated blood pressure. What medications do you currently take? What have you tried to boost your energy levels? Do you eat healthy and get lots of exercise?

I was told that a small round light blue pill with 8OON on one side and a score in the middle on the other is a 20mg IR Adderall ## Hello, Stephanie! How are you? Actually the marking on this tablet is intended to be N008 and it contains 20mgs of Propranolol, which is a beta blocker that's most commonly used to treat high blood pressure and certain cardiac conditions. Side effects may include nausea, dizziness, headache, hypotension and stomach pain. Is there anything else I can help with?

I was taking addorall for Centration, energy and to lose weight I seem to need more and more addaroll if I don't take it I can sleep for 2 days st8 and still feel really tired I've tired Bontril 105 mg which was great but only tryed one time can this take the place of addorell if like to not have to take addroll any more! ## Hello, Sammi! How are you? Bontril isn't intended to help with concentration issues, such as ADHD, like Adderall is and it is only meant to be used on a short-term basis. It contains the active ingredient Phendimetrazine and may cause side effects, such as blurred vision, headache, impaired reactions and hyperactivity. It seems that if you're having a problem concentrating, this could actually worsen that. What has your doctor advised you to take? Wh...

I have had adult onset narcolepsy/EDS (excessive daytime sleepiness) for 2 years and have tried almost all anti-depressants to try to alleviate the problem. I recently completed a sleep study and they found no sleeping disorders, so everything points to narcolepsy. My psychiatrist has been extremely unhelpful so it's time to find a new doctor. I live in northern Wisconsin but am willing to travel anywhere in the midwest to get real help. Please help if you can, need an effective neurologist or psychiatrist. ## Hello, Charley! How are you? I am very sorry about the problem that you're having. If you need such a medication, then you'll need to see a doctor that is near you and you'll have to use a pharmacy that is also nearby. Since Adderall is a controlled substance that ...

Primary care docs that will prescribe adderall to an adult who has been taking the medication for over 10 years and moved here from Up North. ## Hello, Tokiko! How are you? I'm sorry, but due to the new regulations that were put in place last year, PCPs aren't going to be able to prescribe it for you. You'll need to see a specialist to receive such a medication on a long-term ongoing basis. This medication carries the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, weight loss, irritability, nervousness and insomnia. The easiest way to go about it would be to most likely get yourself set up with a new PCP and then have them refer you to someone. Can anyone recommend a good doctor in that area?

Hey everyone, I started 10 mg 2-3 times daily of the generic blue pill which is IR for ADD --no hyperactivity. I tried Ritalin a few weeks ago and HATED it. Mood swings immediately while it was still in my system, and I had this odd strung out feeling. No good. This is my third day on adderall and I can tell that the concentration and focus is there. The first day I took two 10mg at the same time and felt the motivation kick that got me going, which is one of the things I was hoping to see as a benefit becuase another of my serious problems i have struggled with is procrastination. However, because I am only on a trial bottle I don't want to run out too soon until my next script fill, so I just took one this morning, and I am analyzing to see exactly what the effects are. What I hav...

Keeping this simple as possible. I've been on adderall (40mg) ir which is 30* 30mg tabs and 30* 10 mg every month. That means two highly impure pills each day. Down to my issues. I need to let my nose recover from nasal use as it is legal in my state, I'm a recovering alcoholic so I don't want to keep putting pills into my liver. I wanted to know if there's alternative highly effective methods of using my adderall, or if you can suggest one of my current ideas. 1 is Iv. If I can get cheap single or small count syringes I am educated on micron filtering and intravenous use. 2 is liquifying my tabs and insufflating the well mixed and dissolved liquid maybe even slightly heated enough to dissolve the powder best but spare the amphetamine so to get the nasal effects without ...
